Allahabad Board — i am complaining about my father and mother's surname correction

My father's and mother's sir name is gahlot but in my 10th and 12th sanad it mentioned gahlout, it's wrong. Correct is gahlot. I passed 10th and 12th exam from up board in 2003 and 2005. I want correct or replace it with this name "gahlout" to "gahlot".

Following details are below:

Passing year: 2003 and 2005
Exam: 10th and 12th (U. P. Board)
Date of birth: 04/07/1988
Father's name : shri anil kumar gahlot
Roll no. : 0582138 in 10th sanad, 0311262 in 12th sanad.

Kindly give valuable suggestion asap.
