In my colony there is a neighborhood who pets cow and put the cowdunk in the corner of the road and there is a problem of cleanliness and thats why many health problems take place so please take a action against him and resolve this problem.i m also attaching the picture as a proof and aspect that you will resolve this problem as soon as possible .
