Allen Career Institute — Ignorance of clients Right to information | |||
I'm Monica, guardian of Samuel dongkhanhau, applicant no[protected]. It is a matter of fact that my guardian had applied for digital Crash course in Allen institution starting 18th July.2020 for a period of 40days for Rs25000.and had opted for English medium as given in the option but unexpectedly the lectures had been conducted majority in Hindi and English which was not mentioned in the application form..since then, he had not been able to attend any classes.So, with high hopes I approached the institution through the number given expecting there could be some solution to The problem.. But unfortunately tad came the reply that pure English is not available all over India in Allen.. just imagine a person who cannot say hi/hello in Hindi.. How is he supposed To attend Class in Hindi???? I've conveyed the same telephonically to the institute since then but no solution has been given.ive always contact them everyday but as usual they always make excuse of calling me back with a solution but till now Ive not received a single call from them... Did not expect such mishaps from so called esteemed institute I just prayed that my hard earn money does not go in vain HELP Was this information helpful? | |||
