Allen Career Institute — non receipt of dlp programme nts (stage-1&2 course with study material)

I applied for the allen dlp programme on 10th june 2018 for nts (Stage-1&2 course with study material)
And the institute confirmed the despatch of the study material within 10 days after the payment date.
But even on 4th aug2018 i. E. Today - i have not yet got the study materials.
This is causing a problem in my preparation, since exams are scheduled in nov2018
I want my study materials to be delivered as soon as possible...

Sir take care imdiaitly action for Allen coaching centre Bangalore Jayanagar branch..over class room 120 students in class room .. teaching not understand to students room size30/40 feets in class room..plz sir
