Allen Career Institute — Payment not received

Address:1 NO GITANJALY PALLY, NOAPARA, BARASAT

I have purchased NEET UG Test series 2021 through SBI NET Banking Rs. 1750.00. through SBI NET Banking on 05.06.2021. Payment has been completed successfully but confirmation email has not generated my registered mail id. I complained to the bank and they replied to me as below.

Remarks from SBI Bank : As confirmed with merchant, transaction [protected] has been successful and settled . For more details kindly contact your merchant

I also received a mobile massage that time showed me Ref. code i.e IGALGHPFF4 on my registered mobile no on 05.06.2021.

Updated by Swapan796 I complain several time but no reply receive me still now. As a result I can not activate the said course. Kindly solve my problem as early as possible.
