I booked two tickets on 06-November-2017.on the name of Ms.Payal & Mr.Sumit.
FLIGHT NAME 6E-894
By mistake spelling of Passenger typed wrong.i talked to customer care at that time.they suggested to book new ticket with correct name and Amount of older ticket will refund 100%, if i Book new ticket within an hour.and refund will credit within 48hours.
i do the same, booked new ticket.then i again spoke to customer care, they told amount will credit with 48hours, but the amount of older ticket didnt credit in my account till date kindly see the matter.
I had taken your services first time and waiting for positive reponse from your side.
Old PNR no- ZFP9HD...booked with wrong name spelling
NEW PNR NO-M998PV...Rebooked with correct name spelling
