Allen Career Institute — regarding my payment issue

Respected sir/madam,
Tomorrow (25/10/2018) i am going to your kalyan west branch (District - thane, state-maharashtra) for collecting my payment which is pending from a month of february 2018. I will sit in the classes till i will not get my full balance payment. Please read all the problems which i was facing.
Myself ‘santosh shankar devtale’ was working with allen allen career institute from november 2017 to march 2018 as a test paper corrector in kalyan west branch. I have not received my payment of paper checking which is about 1735rs balance. From february 2018 onwards i was requesting to a admin staff of kalyan west branch to clear my balance payment (Name of staff is pooja mam and sneha mam). From february 2018 to september 2018 i was continuously requesting both the staff to clear my payment by always they have given me a excuses i. E. You will receive payment in next month, your payment had forwarded to mulund head office, we are not getting your record, we have lost our record muster etc. After waiting for period of about 7 months i said them to give me a contact number of main concern person. So they have given me contact number of mr. Pankaj sharma he is a zonal head of thane district. His contact number is [protected]. I have said him all my problem regarding my payment he directly said me that he is not looking in account department and he said me you have to contact to ganesh sir working in dombivali branch. Ganesh sir is a most irresponsible, egoistic, manner less person, i had meet in my life his contact number is [protected]. Than i have contacted to ganesh sir at first he directly said me that he is not a concern person who is looking regarding payment. I asked him than who is the concern person who will help me to get my payment for this he said that he don’t no only pankaj sharma can tell me again i have contacted to pankaj sharma sir he said me don’t call me again and again if anyone who can help you to get your payment is the only one person i. E. Ganesh sir. Again i have called to ganesh sir and said him that panjak sir had recommended only your name to me so please help me to get my payment on this ganesh sir replied to me that it is not his work to look in my problem but he will try to get my payment, i was happy to hear that atleast he will do something but i was totally wrong. I had call him many times each time he said me to wait for 10 days, 2 days etc. All time i talk to him on call he never allow me to talk never listen to my problem he use to say what he want and directly cut the call. Now today is 24 september 2018 still i have not got my payment. Be frank i have been mentally tortured by our staff 1) ganesh sir (Dombilvali branch) 2) pankaj sharma (Zonal head), 3) pooja mam 4) sneha mam. I am suffering from financial problem in my life because of this i had requested all the above people to clear my payment so that it will be a help for me but they are such as irresponsible and careless staff of allen career institute who don’t think about other people who are working with allen institute. Todays status is that mr pankaj sharma and pooja mam had blocked contact number in their mobile so that i am not able to call them and mr ganesh he is not attendting my call nor replying to my message on whatsapp though he is reading my message. One thing i came to know in this 8 months is that because of your irresponsible staff i had not received my payment and now they don’t have a valid payment record to send in kota head office, so they have to pay me my payment form their pocket for which they are not ready to do. Now because of yours all this staff i am suffering mentally tortured. Every person have some patients limit for me now it had been over, waiting from 8 months only to get my payment. Tomorrow (25/10/2018) i am going to your kalyan west branch to collect my payment and also will not leave the institute till i will get my full payment. I have all the muster record, call voice recording, whatsapp message, bank statement as a proof with me which i am attaching in attachment. If you required any proof i can forward you a voice call recording, whatsapp messages, my paper checking record, bank statement every thing. By listening the call recording you can come to know how irresponsible are your staff from kalyan dombivali branch. I wish you will take a appropriate decision as well as action against them.
