I was buy Allen cooper safety shoes, model is AC 1582 black 06 on dated 7th march 2023 through amazon application.
There is clear mention 1 year warranty fpr sole of shoes.
My shoes sole has been broken before 1 year so i want to justice.
Please replace the product on immediate basis.
I am daily suffered due to this because i am civil site engineer so please help me for the same.

I had purchased one pair of safety shoe (Allen Cooper AC-1156 Antistatic Steel Toe Grey Black Work Safety Shoes, Size: 7) from Moglix.
Purchase date : 23rd Feb'2023

Once I received the shoes, It is find that not fitting well at right side and little tight at toe. I feel that it is because of new pair, but now after using serval time from feb 2023 to as of it is very tide at right side toe place and side by. because of this my leg and lower side also starting pain.
It is my second purchase and I believe in AC brand will resolve my concern as early possible.
Can allen cooper central team help me to addressing my concern. in replacing the item with correct size.

Once i received the shoes yesterday, if found it not fitting well at girth and little tight at toe. Amazon says that this product is non exchangeable and they cannot do any help in this case.

Can allen cooper central team help in replacing the item with correct size.

I have never expected such quality issues from allen cooper. I want replacement of the shoe asap. The following shoes have been used only for office purposes not went to field till now.

I had ordered a pair of shoes named
"Allen Cooper Men ATHLEISURE RUNNING Shoes" from Paytm, and now as I'm facing size issue, I want to return the product, but the problem is that in the "return portal" an error has been still shown and because of it, it is impossible for me to return the product. Please help me.

I want to return product due to size issue, but due error in Paytm in I'm not able to do it. Error is displayed in only this order of Allen Cooper.

I have made an online order of allen cooper safety shoe with order number 145 on 8th july. Made the full payment also that day. Allen cooper is not sending my product. I contacted their helpline number and also their safety shoe head mr. Amir rizvi. All are just delaying and not delivering.in their website they declare they deliver in 2-5 days.

I made a payment of rs. 2295.00. Even requested mr. Rizvi if they can't send me the ordered item, they should return my money. They are doing neither. Feeling cheated...

Sir,
I purchased shoes of costing approx. Rs.2600/- and my shoe sole was broken I replaced the shoes and give exchange charge of RS.1500 .The shopkeeper changed the shoe and now it's my 2nd shoe it is again broken .Hence the quality of the shoes are worst . No value for money just taking out money selling cheap quality.. sir I am working on aircrafts and this may be dangerous for me.even 2nd time also I paid 1500 rupees as replacement charge ..but shoes quality is really bad.even my friend is having same shoe.his shoes are also broken.i am attaching the photo please look. I request you to please take up this matter, refund my money or change my shoes on priority basis..

In front of our showroom there was two wheeler parking last 10 years.
And there was no problem to traffic police. But last 1 year traffic police pick up two wheeler from front of my showroom. Any many times people and our customer arguments with police that why are you picking my vehicle then they are saying that note a complain in nagar nigam for provide sine board for only two wheeler parking. So please i m requesting to you do it as soon as you can

I would like to put in your knowledge that before 1 year i purchased a belt and shoes from allen solly, ansal plaza, ghaziabad. I paid for belt around 900-1000 rupees. I use that belt rarely and after sometime belt became very bad and not usable.
I am very disappointed by the quality of your product.
People move towards brand only due to quality and services.
