    I bought a catwalk heels with very high price to celebrate festival in my city. I wore 1 day and huge portion of my feet got infected and it developed extremely painful callus on my feet. Because of this infection, I had to suffer from fever and my entire festival got spoiled. I had to consult with a doctor, still now I'm not able to walk properly in a bare foot even at my home .The current situation of my feet attached here for your reference. The sole material of that heels is too rough and tough that it causes such a damage on my feet. It's extremely important to check the material before sell. I want to get my money back, it took high price, suggest me how to get that back ? Otherwise I will neither buy any product of this company anymore nor will recommend to my friends/family.

I wore 1 day and a huge portion of my feet become infected and it developed extremely painful callus on my feet. I will attach the pic of heels for your reference. Because of this infection, I had to suffer from fever and my entire festival got spoiled. I had to consult with a doctor, still now I'm not able to walk properly in a bare foot even at my home. I never faced such kind of situation . I would like to request to check the material of the heels/shoes have been prepared, it's extremely important, otherwise people can face this kind of situation like me and now I want to get back my money, it took a high price, please suggest me how to get that back?

                  Hello Team, I bought a catwalk heel probably 5 years before. The use of heels was very limited like once in a year or so. If you see the sandal condition, you can understand how limited the use was. It still looks like as it was bought yesterday. But the problem is, heels are not strong enough to carry the weight and turned into soft sponge like rubber. If I wear them and stand the sole is shrinking and causing imbalance.

                  I wore it yesterday, unaware of the condition and went out for a function. Now my full body is paining.

                                I bought a pair of catwalk shoes from a Mumbai store in Feb 2020. I could not use it due to lockdown and it was only during November2021 that I started wearing them. But to the material and sole came out within a month.
                                I have older pairs from Catwalk that are in much better condition. But this really disappointed me.

                                  I purchased catwalk shoes from Hyderabad central Panjagutta on February 2020 for my marriage. I wore it only once on my marriage date and after that I kept it aside and took it out yesterday for my sister's marriage which is on 19th November 2021.When I took it out I saw the sole of 1 shoe is torn in pieces and the other one is perfectly fine no damage at all.Can u imagine what I am feeling right now. Wore it just once and exactly after 1 year the sole is torn in pieces without any usage at all. It's completely new, its shining but sole is gone, some kind of powder is falling from it's sole.
