[Resolved]  Allen Solly — complaint regarding shoes

I Had bought a allen solly shoes aticle no[protected] on dated 17 august and its torn out from laces around in a month after buying. I handed over that shoes to reliance footprint elante mall chandigarh. after a second month going to be complete but i couldnt get the shoes replaced. i have to talked to many concern officer but some were giving me assurance to replace and store authorities denied to replace. I have made so many call regarding my shoes even i visited to above outlet but there was no good response even that shoes is not prepared till now. allen solly have bad customer dealing and its my first time when i bought allen solly product. if the shoes not replaced then i will go to consumer court. saurav [protected]@gmail.com [protected]
