I’m unable to redeem my loyalty points in Allen solly brand. I ask for help and they didn’t provide any solutions on this by saying your account is blocked by senior team, and we don’t have any reason for that. Kindly help me out about this issue & and provide a better solution on this. They’re not unblocking my account I request several time on this matter. Kindly help me.

Bought a gift from the allen solly women store, seasons mall, magarpatta city. As it was gift, at the time of purchase itself asked store manager (a lady who likes to talk and talk without listening to anyone) that if there is issue will come to exchnage. I was promised exchange at all over india showrooms. I paid 1299 and for 500 rs., my points for earlier purchase were adjusted.
Now when I came for exchange, product with same price (only colour was different) was selected for exchange. Store said my 500 rs worth rewards points are gone noe. So I have to pay 500 rs for the exchange, even if product price was same.
So this fraud company is making fake promises to its customers. All this garbage of reward points is there to lure customer and make them feel loyal to the brand. But when sales deal is done they wash their hands off and talk rude and loud to the same customer. Very pathetic business model they have built up.
Now when I came for exchange, product with same price (only colour was different) was selected for exchange. Store said my 500 rs worth rewards points are gone noe. So I have to pay 500 rs for the exchange, even if product price was same.
So this fraud company is making fake promises to its customers. All this garbage of reward points is there to lure customer and make them feel loyal to the brand. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of a 2 pairs of shoes that I purchased from Shopper stop Allen Solly outlet Gaur City Mall three months ago. The shoes in question were a size 5 black and Pink that cost Rs 2400 to me.
Unfortunately, after only wearing them a few times, I noticed that the sole had started to come away from the shoe. As time went on, the condition of the shoes worsened and eventually, the shoes became unwearable.
I am very disappointed with the quality of these shoes and would like to request a refund or a replacement. I have been a loyal customer of Allen solly for many years and have always been impressed with the quality of your products. However, this recent experience has left me feeling very let down.
I have attached a photo of the damage. Please let me know what steps I need to take in order to return the shoes and receive a refund or a replacement.
I am highlighting this issue now because I was hospitalized at that time.

I bought a shirt from an offline store near me for my friend but there is a size issue then the next day when i went to exchange it there is no size available in that particular article and when i ask to return/refund my money they are refusing and saying that there is no refund policy in our brand but what's my fault if the appropriate size is not available i need my money Rs 2250 back i hope this complaint will do something

As Allen Solly is one of the reputed brands, I was happy to own one pant from it. However, in a 2 months of time and in two to three washes, I got a huge disappointment as the pant fabric has got pilling/bobbling badly.

Product delivery and not booked
Allen Solly, I was booked a hoodie shirt f on the 7th of December payment done, then I got msg an email, they are packed, and shared the tracking id .
I follow up on tracking id packed - booked -picked - Bangalore - chennai- alandur - out for delivery
delivery from the courier boundary to my home about 10km distance, out for delivery on the 9th 1.15 pm but still not delivered
i contacted many times to customer care by email, and they are response to my email, on today your product has not shipped

I ordered a blue jean from Allen Solly online store on 14.06.2022, but I didn't like it. So, I initiated a return on 18.06.2022. As per the Allen Solly refund policy they said the refund will be credited in 2-3 business days. But even after 10 days of returning the product they didn't refund the amount.

I have purchased 2 tops on 19 December 2021 from Allen Solly Sikar store. Due to technical glitches the amount which I paid first time got deducted from my account but receipt not generated so store manager asked me to pay again so I again repeat the same payment and this time receipt from system got generated.
Store manager ensure me that the amount which I paid initially will get refunded to my account within 2-3 days but it now almost a week and I haven't received any refund. So request you to please refund my amount back, otherwise for me the last resort is to go to consumer court.
Payment is made through phone pe (payment details screenshot) attached.

No reply for my complaint mail and about my E-gift voucher redemption

I tried to place one order[protected] worth Rs-2160, were I got a E-gift card([protected]) worth Rs2000. So I decided to use that E-gift worth Rs2000 and remaing Rs160 balance with my upi. While making payment due to some network problem my upi transaction got failed but E-gift card has been redeemed. Now my order got failed and also my Rs2000 worth E-gift card has been redeemed for no product just for my failed order.I try to contact their customer care but I got only system generated e-mail and I lost my E-gift card worth rs.2000. Urgent Assistance & Attention Required- Complaint - Allen Solly

Dear Team,
I refer to the below email trail followed by my in-person visit to Allen Solly outlet at R-City Mall, Ghatkopar (west) on 25-SEP-2021. The sequence of events is as follows:
Store visit @ 6:15 pm for purchase of men's cotton trouser.
During the billing for INR 2, 999, the voucher of INR 1, 000 was redeemed and balance cash of INR 1, 999 was paid via GPay.
The initial balance cash transaction failed at the vendor end however there was a debit in the A/c.
Another transaction of similar nature was immediately processed successfully to the store manager (Mr. Ravindra Chouhan mob: [protected]) via Amazon Pay.
Before leaving the outlet, I was assured by the Store Manager for a refund of INR 1, 999 within 2 working days to which it's now over 1 week and still awaiting for credit to reflect in my account.
It is really painful to check on a daily basis the status of a refund.
Never thought that such a big brand has an ineffective mechanism to solve the issue wherein the hard earned money of customers is stuck. On a serious note, this is simply unacceptable. To add more insult to injury, the Store Manager did confirm to add myself on the email chain enquiring the status of refund but unfortunately, this is also not consummated.
I hope that the above matter will be handled with kid gloves to avoid such instances in future inorder to retain customer faith in the brand. Attached relevant documents (bill/voucher/whatsapp chat communication) for your ready reference.
Looking for your prompt action and a detailed explanation on the delay of refund.

Hi team.
This is really awful to say that your customer service to solve customer’s problems is really poor. I’ve been contacting your mail service since days. There is no solution yet, the mail just say our agent will contact yet nobody does.
I returned an order on Monday with two items of which only one has been refunded other item is not yet refunded. The status shows partially refunded. I don’t understand when i ordered and paid the amount collectively. Why there is no refund being initiated with another item.
Please this is a humble request. Solve this issue asap otherwise I’ll not stop here and will escalate this issue to higher levels as I want my 1947 rs back to my account.

Refund not received even after 2 months

Hi Team,
I had placed an online order on Allen Solly website, on which I had to return one shirt but u was not able to do so because the parcel was not showing as delivered
So I placed a complaint on 18 January that I am unable to return this item for which I got revert on 25th Jan and the parcel was returned on the same day.
But refund of the same is not yet credited to my account, I am trying to mail them several time asking for contact details but I haven't received any update or resolution for the same.
They have only mail service and no call services which makes communication very difficulty
I am trying to reach them several times but I am not getting any proper resolution

I had ordered online face masks under order no 3930066.
I had placed an order for three products under order no. 3930066 out of which the order with AWB no.[protected] of women masks was delivered with wrong product of 7-14year old masks.
My order did not have any product related to 7-14 year olds.
I have the pictures of the product received under the invoice no - [protected]. The product is unused and in the same parcel with the bill intact that i had received amounting to a total of Rs.395 that i had payed.
the payment was prepaid. I have sent multiple emails and tried to place the concern online as well. I even tried to reach the store at c.g.road from where i had once purchased another product. but they said that as this order was placed through the website, they cant help me with any replacement.
Despite of multiple complaints registered on the help support page of allen solly website, i have not received any input from allensolly end except for a call sometime two weeks ago which said they have raised a complaint and they will reach out again within 72 hours, but its been more than 1 week since that call and i have not received any inputs or resolutions from Allensolly end. and its been more than a month chasing Allen solly to replace the wrong product with the ordered product.
The pictures are attached of the wrong product delivered. and the original product for which the order was placed.
Hope this platform helps me resolve this issue at the earliest. I want my original ordered product delivered or the refund for the product.

Today i was visited to allen solly outlet of new market one... When we entered to that store there was 2 salesperson at floor that time, but no one come to attend us.. So we thought may be it's almost 8 o'clock, so they will close soon may be for this reason. However we entered and searching for a t-shirt to gift someone. Honestly not a single one we like from this store, but still we searched to found smthing, middle of this a salesman suddenly said that their starting range is 2k... Below this they don't have anything. Is it a way to talk with any customer when you are part of international merchandise. Any self respected person will leave that store that time what we did. If i want i can did argue with that person but that's not my level. I don't know why this brands can't afford a good salesperson who know well how to behave with their customer or how to treat with them. Maximum time purchased at other outlet of allen solly at many malls, but never experienced that kind of things before. Now i have to think twice before entering this brand.

Kindly inform you that, I am purchased Blue Cotton shoes of your brand from allen solly showroom, Mall Of India, Noida before 4 to 5 months back.

. The shoes has started to lose its sole and thread is coming out of many places. This inferior quality of product was least expected from the brand like yours.
Though i am a regular customer and member from 2012 of Allen Solly but this purchase has left me in doubts related to my future purchases. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible. I hope i don't have to pass this incident to my friends and family to make sure that they won't have to face similar experiences by purchasing from you like i have faced.

Pathetic service from Allen Solly!
I placed a return request but nobody responded till date !!!
No action has been taken till date and it is very disappointing that such a huge firm has such a disgusting customer service
I have sent many emails yet there was zero response.

My sister bought white belly of your brand from allen solly showroom, phoenix mall, bangalore in the name of shreya babbar, on 28th july, 2018.
Its been hardly 15 days and the product has come to worse situation. The shoes has started to lose its stitch and thread is coming out of many places. The pictures of the same are attached with the mail. This inferior quality of product was least expected from the brand like yours.

e-voucher made by reward points not redeemed

We made Allen solly e-voucher of Rs 1000 by axis bank edge reward points which has validity till July 2018, when we went to redeem this voucher to your VR mall Surat store on 9th July they denied to redeem it for on dicount trousers. After that we want it to redeem for hankerchif they also denied for the same. They clearly told it's not gift voucher but it's discount voucher which is not valid. But it's an e-voucher made by reward points enrned by axis bank account transactions. And it is like cash voucher and it should be waived of againt the bill amount no matter it's discounted cloths or product specification. I had also talk with customer care Ms. Rakhi Mukherjee and she had not revert us properly. She clearly denied to accept this e voucher on that day without any proper reason. I want resolution of my complain or else I will go to consumer forum.

I have bought my leather jacket from allen solly kids it is a nice jacket but it suddenly started tearing and becoming worse after some time itself i will request the brand to replace the jacket

misleading information by the store manager
The store manager - ms harmeet is having extremely bad attitude. I have never come across such an arrogant store manager till date! I had purchased a pair of trouser from this store which i wished to replace. After getting a confirmation from the customer care about the replacement policies i went to indiranagar store however she rudely denied telling this is end of season sale (Which it was not) and i can talk to whosoever i want to but product will not be exchanged at her store.
Later i had to visit another far off store having minimal women collection to get it replaced with no hassles!
Indiranagar being such an important store (Biggest women collection) i have never expected such a pathetic service from brand like allen solley!!
I hope this would be taken care in future!

I was purchased 5 shirts from CBM Compound up lands road siripuram main road Visakhapatnam-530003 but one short was incorrect stitch. I came to stores but the store in charge has told the couldn't change the shirt immediately . so I request to you the short replaced pr not other wise I will proceed consumer court of law.
