Black trousers

I had bought two pairs of trousers from the Allen Solly showroom at south city mall, kolkata for Rs 2499 each.
It has hardly been a month and I have worn those trousers for nothing more than 3 times till now.
The black colour trousers have have completely faded it's colour and turned brown from the part near the thighs.it looks as if it is years old.and the grey trouser has started to loose it's stitch and thread is coming out from a lot of places.
Is that what is spend 5k for?
Horrible quality.
Please do the needful and contact me for further actions to be taken.

Allen solly black reversible belt color : black, size :l

I have ordered an Allen Solly Black Reversible Belt Color : Black, Size :L costing Rs.1499 under discount as per Order No. 2542399 on 26/12/2016, The payment was made by net banking.
Now, about 23 days have elapsed. The order status is still 'under processing'. The customer care last week (09/01/2017) told me that the item will be delivered by 12/01/2017. But, they didn't do that.
I think, they may cancel the order after some 30 days, refund the amount after some 40 or 45 days. (It was sp happened earlier).
What is the solution to get the product delivered?
Or to get the refund with interest and compensation.

On 3rd dec 2016, i had ordered allen solly ballerinas of 1199 rupees from allensolly website, and i rejected the product on its delivery itsef.Its been more than a month and yet i havent received my money back and every day i call customer care they say it will be refunded in 2working days .Very poor customer service.They dont ever respond back and revert to mails.Please refund my money .

I had purchased a Allen Solly Jacket of worth Rs. 2362/- 0n 26th Dec 2016 from 'Allen Solly ' shop, Delhi.
After one week of purchase cloth of Jacket got a loose stitchig from both elbow to wrist side .
On 4th Jan 2017, I asked to retailer replace my jacket as company already provided 3 months warranty. But they simply denied to help me out. At this peak time of winter in delhi they didnot have any provision for a quick response.
I asked for the customer care no at the outlet, but they have no idea of the same.
Kindly check the situation and let me know what should I do with this jacket.

I have purchased clothes from AllenSolly shop at Bombay Bazaar Meerut Cant Meerut worth rupees 10, 000 approx in the month of Jan 2016 and on this much purchase company is offering a laptop bag worth rupees 3600/- at which retailer has said that it is not available right now so he will give it to me soon . But 2 months has gone past till now their is no positive response from the retailer .

I purchased a trouser of allen solly from planet fashion kashipur uttrakhand 244713, the quality of the trouser was seriously insane...i mean i never have seen any such thing before ...the trouser was torn just while wearing it...n i thought may b the stiching is going off but when i had a close look the stuff was torn...i really think that one should think twice before going to planet fashion. and also these people later somehow try to put the blame on you simply by saying you mite have done some or the other thing, like not washing it with care or else...i had a word with the store owner, he simply told me that nothing can be done regarding this.
i mean seriously...you kidding me...please a humble request to you guys...stop defaming a genuine brand. hell with you guys. seriously seems like they deal in true copies not the originals.

Allen Solly — Allen Solly black jeans faded just after one wash
I had a black allen solly jeans and it has faded a lot just after the first wash. I want replacement of the product since this is not acceptable from a brand like allen solly. No:AAWDN14C01296RDM I placed the order on Oct 8 2016.I received on product and other 2 out of 3 got cancelled due to lack of stock. I have been chasing them for a refund till now its the 11/11/2016, still no refund/that is diappointing

I had 1702 points in my allen solly card, but from past 5 months i am not able to redeem it.As earlier my contact no was different so the concerned person at store said to make me register new number.I did that, but my no was not changed.Then 2 or 3 times i went back again to other store, still they refused to redeem points, so last monday when i went to store they mailed to change the number, but it has been 5 days i dnt recieve any coll from allen solly .Its really disgusting nd annoying to delay customer complaints till 5 months.please kindly change my contact no to [protected] .Earlier it was [protected]

poor quality

The Allen Solly Khaki Pants which I bought a month ago started to fade right from the first wash. I washed the pant gently as per the instructions given on the tag. In-spite of this the color continued to fade on further washes too.
This is not my first experience.A shirt I bought too lost its color after some 3 months or so. At first I didn't consider it as a quality problem. But being a victim of this quality fault is what made me to lodge this complaint. But I find the products of Louie Phillippe quite satisfying. But I don't know why the Solly products are lacking quality.
It is a dangerous practice to default on quality when you are trying to take the brand to the next level. I guess the brand management team of AS is just focused on advertising rather than product quality.
I was starting to like this brand, but these repeated quality concerns many distance prospective customers like me from the company.

I bought apparel of Over Rs. 9000 from Allen Solly in Metro mall Rohini west in a fresh stock. It was my first experience with Allen. All the other apparel were ok except a pair of jeans. On washing for the first time it lost its shape as well as color. I am very much disappointed with this as I have never experienced this kind of problem in past with any of the brands.
Kindly consider my complaint to get it replaced or reimburse the amount.

But I was told that the company's starting size for a particular variety of ballerina is 5 and my size is 4. In my opinion the company should also manufacture shoes of size 4 for women..

I am a registered member of Allen Solly Club and on 30th July i bought a 3 T Shirts from Select City Walk Mall (Delhi).
Out of 3, one tshirt is from their Wimbledon Collection 2015, on first wash colour of 'Allen solly Logo' started bleeding, and now white coloured tshrt has green spots which are easily noticeable and has spoiled the look of tshirt.
This is huge disappointment, it has happened with me for the 1st time with Allen Solly product, looking forward to hear from Allen Solly on the same and complain resolution.

Rejection of Bill for purchase merchandise

On 19th of January 2015 we purchased six type of merchandise which costs around 8ooo(8k) from Allen solly store, Amenora Town Centre, Hadapsar, Pune. But that time the cashier who was at counter refused to give a receipt for our purchase with reason that he is not getting bill in his printer and he told us that he would send us that bill through mail with in two days.But till now we did not get any feedback/bill from that store. While we tried to contact that person on phone he was extrememely arrogant and again denied to send us that bill.

20 days before i took two allen soley trousers but from back side some fabrics ha gone.I went to exchange but they are telling it is happened by you so, we can't change.
Now who will believe these branded clothes specially in brand factory.
they are mixing some defective pieces with the bulk of clothes & making the customer fool.
if you will tell any thing then they will tell at the time of purchase it was fine only now you made some mistake.
so, don't buy clothes specially from brand factory.

Buckle of the belt went wrong after two months

I bought an Allen Solly belt from Sangeetha Footlines, Changanassery, Kerala, two months back. The buckle of the belt went wrong few days back. So I went back to the above said store on 26th July 2012. They took the buckle from my belt, tagged it and kept there telling me that they will sent it back to the company and get a new one. They asked me to come back after 1 week. I went back on 4th August 2012 and they told me that the did not get the replacement, and asked me to come next week. Today (9th August 2012) I went there again, but still did not get it back. They are telling me that they will give me a buckle of another company which is better than Allen Solly.
I bought Allen Solly belt recognizing that that it have a brand value. Now the shop keeper himself is telling that you are not a good brand. Look at the service I am getting from you. I am really ashamed to buy such a low quality stuff at price of a real branded one. I request you to kindly replace the buckle with a good one or give my money back so that I can get a good belt from a real branded manufacturer.
I request you to look into the matter and do the needful within a week or I may be forced to approach legally.

Hi,
My credit card got misused in Allen Solly showroom Faridabad(Crown Plaza Mall) where the store manger and the staff collected all the cards from the person who was trying to misused my card but could not stop him to swipe the cards and also clicked a photo of that person and did not allow him to take the shopping Items but according to him that person was successful in escaping from the showroom after this they called me up and handed over my cards to me and told about all the incidence.I logged a dispute in the respective banks,Now I need the proof that Bank has reverted the transaction amount from Merchant's account but Merchant is orally telling me that amount has reverted from his account by the bank but not providing any statement.
I am getting humiliated by both the parties bank as well as the merchant.
Please help adn do justice with me.

I purchased a trouser, size32, from your dealer in Sardarpura, Jodhpur (Mens World Fashion) on 1st July. When I took the damn thing to reduce the length (The dealer refused to do it), my tailor measured the waist which turned out to be 35. This is gross negligence on the part of the company and, when I complained, the manager's response was far from being apologetic, and rather indifferent as if he was obliging me by asking me to carry the trouser for his inspection..
This is not my first purchase from Allen Solly, but if my grievance is not addressed properly, this is going to be the last.
Please stop sending me messages for your future offers. There are better options available in the market.

I went to return the item with the bill and all the labels intact, but the dealer refused to refund the money. I was forced to settle for an exchange. After trying several items, all of them ill-fitting with false labels, I had to accept one I didn't really want. And then, to square up, I had to buy three socks I didn't quite need, and ended up paying another eighty Rs.
Most of the size 32 I tried were actually size 34/35. It is evident that there's no quality control at the factory which is dishing out items with false labels.
I need not mention that this would be my last visit to any of your show rooms. Please stop sending me messages in future; I want nothing to do with Allen Solly, or their inconsiderate dealers.

Wrong Price Tag; No billing; Overcharging; Misbehaviour

I visited Allen Solly's exclusive showroom at hazratganj lucknow on 24th Aug'10 looking for a specific product asked for by a friend in Delhi. Since they knew that I was going to buy this for sure due to non-availability of product size at their Delhi stores, I was asked to come the next day and collect the same.
However, At the time of final purchase on 25th, i requested them that the Product is priced at Rs. 399 and 50% discount is also available. Despite my instance, Mr. Nitin at the store assured me that the price is Rs. 499 as per the Tag, and also that they have only 20% discount, which was later confirmed with an Allen Solly store in Delhi, and both assurances were found to be wrong (attaching pic of the product sold to me). Thus, I was charged Rs. 400/- even after conveying my doubts on the pricing/ discount on the product.
Besides, when I requested for the bill, i was told that bill-printing is not possible due to some technical problem. On insistence, I was asked to collect it later. I again visited the store on 28th Aug, 31st Aug and 7th September'10. On first two visits, i was told that they're busy with their audit so cant help, and on the last visit on 7th, the cashier for my purchase Mr Nitin was not available and told over phone that he had clubbed my purchase with some other billng dated 24thAug'10, thereby giving me 30% discount instead of 20% and offerred to make arrangement of repayment of Rs. 50 as a difference. The store manager was not available either, and the staff available also did not give me any bill despite my producing a copy of receipt of Rs. 400/- {paid by me through credit card (Receipt details:::: Terminal ID: 40105651; Invoice No. 000754; Batch Num: 000550; Apparel Code: 188151; Ref No.[protected] Dated 25.08.2010 19:17 hrs} and I was asked me to come again on 9th Sep when Mr Nitin is available.
This reflects badly on the part of branded stores like this, and such cheating is not possible without connivance of senior store personnel/ audit dept as well.
I would now like to take Madura Garment to consumer-court for Misguiding customer with wrong price tag; Over-charging by giving wrong discount; Sale without billing, and Mental harassment caused

I bought an allen solly shirt an year back and the stich is not proper. Its quite surprising that the product is not worth the money spent.GARMENTS — Misbehaviour
Sir , im a resident of dsnr. Yesterday i went for shopping with my cousin. I was carrying a skirt for the purpose of selecting matching top for it. As i entered J.C bros , they gave me a small slip after checking squirt.We have not got the matching top on it, so we were leaving, they asked us the slip, but we have lost the slip, they didnt allowed to go out , and asked to the search for the slip even after they are having a carbon copy of that.
They treated us like we were theifs came to rob their shops, our skirt also had a tag of R.S bro. inspite of that they misbehaved with us.
We felt very insulted and after a thourough argument we left that place.
Also my father had the same experience with J.C bros, they insulted him of abusing a security which he hasnt done at all.
They got floor inchargers, cctv cameras, security guards inspite of that still they are reluctant of they have. They insult the person no matter of his age or anything. They are least bothered about police, aslo.
I have decided not to purchase any good from them again.

misbehaviour of workers at the customer help desk
i purchased an allen solly black color shades from shopper stop (JAIPUR) malviya nagar branch, and somehow its frame got broken, not actually by mishandling the product but by some other unknown reason and we went over there for the exchange purpose...and the person at your consumer help desk misbehaved with us and said that due to ur lack of mind it got broken and you should have taken care of your products and its not our responsibilty to exchange the broken products and it will be bettr i[censored] donot waste your as well as my time .all this happened on 19'th july at 8:20 pm...the model number for the shades are:- as1504...and we have been shopper stop custome since it was opened there in jaipur and this is what kind of response we are getting from your side now this thing is for sure that we will not be coming back to such a place again where such people are thre to help us and that to in such a rude way, thus we want the authority to look into the matter and take some strict action against the persons who were thre at the shift or else we have to take some strict legal action against ur store

I purchased an allen soly sweater in the MORE mall in mysore on 26th August 2009, since i was having lot of sweaters, i could not find any ocasion to wear it till November 09. After i wear the sweater and put for wash, th sweater got fully bubbles on both the arms for two washes only and it is looking very ODD and even i cant wear it to my office also nor at home. When i took that sweater to the mall to complain about this feature, the Manager over there is not ready to accept this as a complaint and instead he is blaming us for not using it properly. He is justfying that due to friction, the woollen clothes get bubbled whenever they come in contact. If that was a reason, why should we buy such costly merchandies for just 2-3 wears...? and he is also arguing that the warranty is only for 15 days from the date of purchase and there is no such policy for exchange or accepthing the complaint like this. If they does not accept this as a compalint, why should they sell those woollen sweaters and ALLEN SOLLY is such a big firm and is this kind of compaints suits the firm?

woollen sweater — not good quality
I bought a sweater form benetton franchise located in dhanbad after wearing it for 2 times without drycleaning it it has got boblin on it. Although i got it exchnged but sitll want to tell company that it should check all its product quality before supplying it to small places now customers are aware about brand and quality. Helpful
