I have purchased product from Oberoi mall show who took my order and told it will be delivered at home as the size is not available and when it got delivered it was not appropriate so I requested for return. Return was initiated with three different return id’s and confusion was made person picked my three dress at a one go and only one was acknowledged other two product got no where which was their in Same packet. I am trying to launch complaints but there is no dedicated customer care number they have their is no one who can address customer complaints, pathetic experience and customers are fooled even in big showroom in Oberoi mall Showroom.
