Hi Team,
I had placed an online order on Allen Solly website, on which I had to return one shirt but u was not able to do so because the parcel was not showing as delivered
So I placed a complaint on 18 January that I am unable to return this item for which I got revert on 25th Jan and the parcel was returned on the same day.
But refund of the same is not yet credited to my account, I am trying to mail them several time asking for contact details but I haven't received any update or resolution for the same.
They have only mail service and no call services which makes communication very difficulty
I am trying to reach them several times but I am not getting any proper resolution

I am awaiting for the refund of 980 rupees for Allen Solly black shirt.

I got a response from customer care after raising issue in resolver. But, did not get the refund yet though.
