Alliance Air — Airlines denying full refund for cancelled non operational flight

My flight on[protected] from Aizawl to Guwahati with PNR 8VSAND was cancelled by the airlines due to bad weather but the airlines is denying refund. Even the airlines is denying refund for the return flight from Guwahati to Aizawl on[protected] with PNR V5KU4H. Kindly look into the matter.
