Dear Sir, I was a employee of Alliance Prosys Pvt. Ltd. Pune till 8th Oct 2012. I left the organisation on same day but my HR pretended like they are asking me to resign by putting a mail on same day. I left the organisation on same day with mail confirmation from HR for full and final settlement after finance team's approval on no dues. After which when i followed up for my salary of one month and eight day i got a reply since outstanding amount of my products sold during my tenure is not collected yet and they will not release my payment due to this. So i made an extra effort and collected all the amount for another three months time without any pay from my last organisation. Even after collecting the outstanding i got a reply from my HR, management has decided not to release my payment and asked me to collect only document or else they will not help me with the documents also. Its been almost 1 and half year gone but i am still awaiting for my salaray of Rs 60000 aprox + expenses for 1 month and 8 days. This company fire people at will & without notice, neither they give relieving letters nor they settle salary. They ask for a 2 year bond, whoever signs this is dead meat.

There will be no response from HR nor should would come on a phone call, She is always busy in hiring & firing.

Whoever places an order on this company has to wait 2 to 3 months for delivery. If you want to do business with this company...
