I am a subscriber of Alliance Broadband, currently using the UTSAV 140 (3M+3M) plan, where I am supposed to receive speeds o[censored]p to 140 Mbps. However, I am consistently receiving speeds in the range of 80-90 Mbps, which is significantly lower than the promised speed. This speed is the same as I used to get on the Starter plan.

I have already checked my TP-Link router, which supports speeds up to 300 Mbps, so the issue is not on my end. I kindly request you to look into this matter and ensure I receive the speeds promised under my plan.

    No Broadband connection for 2 days consecutively. No one is picking up calls, this is a frequent issues that I am facing Alliance distributor “World view Communication”. I need credit for those days without broadband. I’ve run into a complete loss as I work from home.

      My internet connection is showing as limited for last 6 days. After contacting the customer care executives, someone told me that technician will come to fix this. Someone is telling that the white box is damaged and need to replace this with a wholesome amount of Rs. 1700. Someone is telling that the white box is absolutely fine and noneed to buy anything new.
      My question is till date no technician came and all are confusing simply. Who will check the connection to fix the issue ? Then who will bear the cost of last 6 days ? Alliance simply cut the connection sharp at 12 am when the recharge date is over. Then what is this play they are playing ? Shall alliance give us 6 more days as compensation?
      Please answer.

        No help provided, no estimated time or resolution given. Haven't had proper service since last night. Paying for a service which is constantly interrupted and nobody helps. At this point the company scams their customers.

          I am a former customer registered under the name Bidyut Baran Chaudhuri and with a client i.d[protected] had mistakenly recharged my connection.I am continuously emailing and contacting the customer care executives and my local wifi operator but both of them are playing blame games.It is a harassment to the former customer.

          I need my money to be refunded immediately.

            On 2nd of June I had mistakenly recharged my alliance broadband connection with Rs590 by mistake.I had left my connection six months back.My client i.d is [protected].I had contacted my local wifi operator as well as Alliance broadband customer support care several time via email and over phone still they are unable to help me out.

              From yesterday evening (4p.m) there is no internet connection, its more than 12 hours there is no internet connection. I have tried calling your operator but the only say that it will come it will come but then they switch off the phone. Because of this I have lot of pending work from my office

                    After new recharge no internet is coming.
                    When i go to the login page of alliance broadband it's showing your internet subscription has expired on 16.05.23 but i recharged it yesterday.

                      Some days ago I purchased a pack of network from allince broadband for my tv it was a cruise pack in that pack there were many ott platform subscriptions added like zee5, Disney + hotstar, Amazon prime vedio and many more it costed 1180 rupees when I opend the platform of ott it showed that I have not subscribed then I called to their customer service number and told them the issue but they didn't co operate .
                      I just want to say to allince broadband services please solve my problem or give me the refund of ott . This is kinda money wasteage I cannot watch any ott and my days pack is also expiring. I would say to look into this matter . Please this is a serious problem.

                          I have alliance broadband past one year but I am seeing that from january 2023 the wifi network is very low sometimes it doesn't work and no internet for 2 to 3 hours. Is that correct we pay for it but why it's doesn't give the best. You should check this issues as much as possible.

                            I am recharging since last two months but alliance broadband is not providing Amazon prime OTT details to me. I have registered a ticket on 10 th February to get Amazon prime credentials as per OTT package plan. But inspite of regular follow ups alliance broadband is not providing me the details and they are not providing any ETA nor any updates. Third class service.
                            I am escalating this .

                              I am in Boalia, Garia, Kolkata 84. I am facing disconnect problem everyday for last few weeks. Whenever I am calling them, they are saying it will be resolved and internet will start working for few hours. This problem specially coming at night. Their contact number is always busy in peak time and their service desk site is not working. There is no grievance contact number or email id available in their site. I have paid good amount of money initially for this connection, so cannot discontinue immediately. Their customer care is pathetic and will never share the time when they can resolve the problem. Such a pathetic experience.

                                  Almost every day I am facing the issue of the connection getting cut. Someday after 7:00 p. m. to next day 10 O'clock in the morning or may be someday after 10:00 p. m. to next day almost around the noon, the alliance connection remains disconnected. I am really disgusted now.

                                    I recharge ₹1652 amount but my latency is very much high. I also complaint or communicated customer care but they not solve it. Alliance Broadband services very bad.

                                      I recharged my broadband connection (Customer ID: [protected]) yesterday[protected] with OTT ADD ON package "DELITE" at around 7:30 a.m. But I have not received the credentials for HOTSTAR till now, i.e. 3:42 p.m. on[protected]. I have contacted customer care several times but still, the matter is not resolved. Very disheartening and unprofessional incident. I have a loss of almost 2 days now for HOTSTAR. I know, after the activation the subscription will remain for 30 days. But, to keep the other OTT packages active, I will need to recharge with "DELITE" package again on[protected].

                                        It happened previously, for few months it stopped but now it has started again. Packet loss every now and then, slow internet speeds and at times no internet service at all. Kindly look into this matter. Internet is an essential part of our daily routine and if this keeps on happening at important times, then need to consider switching to some other broadband service provider.
