I recharged my broadband connection (Customer ID: [protected]) yesterday[protected] with OTT ADD ON package "DELITE" at around 7:30 a.m. But I have not received the credentials for HOTSTAR till now, i.e. 3:42 p.m. on[protected]. I have contacted customer care several times but still, the matter is not resolved. Very disheartening and unprofessional incident. I have a loss of almost 2 days now for HOTSTAR. I know, after the activation the subscription will remain for 30 days. But, to keep the other OTT packages active, I will need to recharge with "DELITE" package again on[protected].
Alliance Broadband customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
