I am a subscriber of Alliance Broadband, currently using the UTSAV 140 (3M+3M) plan, where I am supposed to receive speeds o[censored]p to 140 Mbps. However, I am consistently receiving speeds in the range of 80-90 Mbps, which is significantly lower than the promised speed. This speed is the same as I used to get on the Starter plan.
I have already checked my TP-Link router, which supports speeds up to 300 Mbps, so the issue is not on my end. I kindly request you to look into this matter and ensure I receive the speeds promised under my plan.
