Alliance Broadband 5 Days No Internet After Recharge TRAI Violation

I am a customer of Alliance Broadband with Customer ID [protected], residing at Buribar, Chandganj, Kumarganj, Dakshin Dinajpur, West Bengal — 733141.
I recharged my broadband connection on 27 March 2026. Since then, my internet has not been working. The PON light on my router is continuously blinking.
Steps I have already taken:

Ping issue

What is the problem??? I live in the proper town of Cooch Behar. But still your ping issue is not resolving at all. My ping in it I checked is always 20. What is the meaning of this?? Literally I am just tired of this. Looks like you guys are showing us mercy by giving us broadband. I am sick for your excuses. Fix it quick Or else I have to think of other options....

My upload speed is very low

Very slow internet speed issue

My Alliance net speed is very slow for few days.Client ID [confidential] & Registered Phone no: [protected].
Package is starter of Rs. 590. I am getting download speed of 11mbps, sometimes download speed is becoming 3-4mbps also. Earlier I used to get 35-40mbps.Please resolve this slow internet speed issue as soon as possible....

Money debited but wifi recharge failed

I tried to get subscription for pace and paid through Google Pay. The money got successfully paid but the wifi recharge got failed. It's more than 24 hours didn't get my money back neither the wifi us working. My customer ID is [protected]...

Ping problem

The broadband in malda is very poor connection is constantly fluctuating such as in playing games like pubg the ping is okay but its lagging don't no why many of said its alliance server problem so please fix it just watch the video attached you will know what i am saying...

High latency problem everyday

login page not open

Not open the login page, complain several time but the guy 1st time told : lokking for this 2) now lunch time 3) raining 4) after 4 : pm 5) not pick up, now time 5:42 pm, same problem.
Look, service are very poor not taken as a professionally but calculate 30 days for recharge is very professionalism, give proper service to the customer...

Internet is inactive even after successful online recharge

Frequent disconnection of internet service

I live in ruby, kasba... I am suffer frequent discinnectuon of the internet service... Atleast 1 time per day... My connection is going and also its taking around 1-2 hrs to reconnect... Plzz do some recovery in this area... Argently... Otherwise i have to disconnect the service.
Along with many other customers in this area... Along with giving bad review to other of not using this network ever...

Alliance broadband network outage issue

I am a regular user of alliance broad band basic basic plan - area - baguiati, local operator - feeling cable tv.

Every month they have a network outage of at least 2-3 days during which the internet does not work and they do not provide quality service / support to ensure restoration of the service within a day.

Last month my internet service was disrupted for more than 6 days and there was neither any communication...

intermittent services and appalling customer service

i HAVE BEEN USING ALLIANCE BROADBAND SERVICES FOR THE PAST ONE AND A HALF YEARS NOW, ONLY OUT OF COMPULSION. THEIR SERVICES ARE INTERMITTENT THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, DURING THE MONSOON ESPECIALLY. THEY CLAIM THAT THERE IS DISRUPTION DURING THE MONSOON HOWEVER THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING ABOUT IT. I am a subscriber of Alliance Broadband, currently using the UTSAV 140 (3M+3M) plan, where I am supposed to receive speeds o[censored]p to 140 Mbps. However, I am consistently receiving speeds in the range of 80-90 Mbps, which is significantly lower than the promised speed. This speed is the same as I used to get on the Starter plan.

I have already checked my TP-Link router, which supports speeds up to 300 Mbps, so the issue is not on my end. I kindly request you to look into this matter and ensure I receive the speeds promised under my plan.

      My internet connection is showing as limited for last 6 days. After contacting the customer care executives, someone told me that technician will come to fix this. Someone is telling that the white box is damaged and need to replace this with a wholesome amount of Rs. 1700. Someone is telling that the white box is absolutely fine and noneed to buy anything new.
      My question is till date no technician came and all are confusing simply. Who will check the connection to fix the issue ? Then who will bear the cost of last 6 days ? Alliance simply cut the connection sharp at 12 am when the recharge date is over. Then what is this play they are playing ? Shall alliance give us 6 more days as compensation?
      Please answer.

        No help provided, no estimated time or resolution given. Haven't had proper service since last night. Paying for a service which is constantly interrupted and nobody helps. At this point the company scams their customers.
