Alljoy — where is my product

My product no 72106266 is supposed to be delivered by 25.8.19 & I tracked the parcel from Delhi custom on dt 30.8.19 next day checked by Ecom express show the results Pickup rescheduled I contacted Ecom 2days back and they said club factory has not yet shipped the order. It has been almost a week and tracking info is St the same.why is it happening.will I get my product
