I was an ex-employee of Allsec. I am denied my service letter telling that i have not completed my exit formalities. But I served my notice period and had an exit interview too. Im not aware of any other exit formalities. Now its almost 8 years, whenever I ask them about my letter they give a reply its not possible, Now im in a situation where my job is affected because of this.They still deny my service letter telling that i absconded. My manager still remembers that i did not abscond. When I asked is there anything which can be done to resolve this issue the HR Anitha says I can fake my resume by not putting my Allsec experience there. Is this how a HR should answer and she is very rude too. Im so disspointed and curse myself for joining Allsec turning off offers from other companies Athira Emp#11063

      Hello, I worked with Allsec Technologies, Pune for 2 years for Aircel process. After completing my notice period I was relieved from there on 29/02/2012. I have completed all final settlements and also received the FNF settlement amount. Later, I was given my relieving letter by a HR named Soni Limbu but now Allsec Chennai states that I have not completed the FNF settlement. I have been into conversation with them and they are very unhelpful. When asked what was that I have not done/ completed they had nothing to say. I was told by the HR named Anitha that I would receive a call from their HR Vice President and I still await a call from him. This is hampering my career drastically and has caused me huge stress.       It's been more than 3 years now and I have heard nothing from them yet. Just sent them another email and hoping to receive a response to the email at least.

        I had applied for my PF withdrawal. I had checked through online it says, your claim has been approved, and payment is under progress.           doesn't give my salary

          I, (VINISH KUMAR) work as a CSE in allsec provide services to NDPL in their lawrence road office ; also been cheated by this Allsec technologies Ltd they digest my salary and closed my bank account without informing me these peoples are selfish and digest the money of other innocent people may God Know what happen but in my sense these selfish people need to got a taste of their own deed i wanna that this type of company should be closed...

          My name is Mohammad Anas
          I was working in all sec technologies my employee id 23010.
          I was suffering from chicken pox in 8 august till 15 september.
          I have submitted medical leave for this in all sec technologies.
          They have rejoined me on 16 August 2010 at 19 August they told me
          I can't join my FNF is done and I have to give resign. And they signed resign
          to me. And told I will get my salary on my account till now i don't get my salary.
          I am complain twice.

            i worked totally for 26 days a months... my salary must be 6500... with 250 each day... but i got only 4851... they said i got 7 days lop...then also my salary must be 4750 only... in wat calculation have dey credited 4851 rs???? r u ppl running a company r wat?? if v go n ask solution for dis...dey say it will be credited next month...wats dis??? i dint get dis month salary itself & how come i will get next month?????

              MY NAME IS RATHEESH PG.I WORKED IN ALLSEC TECHNOLOGIES LTD FOR 3 MONTHS.I DIDNT GET MY SALRY FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY 2010.I WOKED IN AN INTERNATIONAL PROCESS KNOWN AS HSBC.
              THEY TOLD ME THAT I TOOK LEAVE FOR 3 DAYS IN MONTH OF FEBRUARY 2010.BUT I WOKED FOR TWO EXTRA SATURDAYS.SO IT GOT COMPENSATED TO ONE DAY.THEY DINT GIVE ME THE WHOLE SALRY FOR LAST MONTH INSTEAD OF JUST DEDUCTING MY LOP. SO I HAD TO REIGN.

                Dear sir,
                I wanted to resign from the company but they are not accepting my resignation letter. They are asking me to serve the 30 days notice period or abscond. i will not get my pf or relieving letter if i abscond. I told them that i would pay basic as per one of the company norms. But they did not want it. where as they accepted resignation letter from other employees with their basics. why is this partiality to me. Managers abuse me. They say that in that 30 day notice period they would screw me. please help me.

                I was the employee of the Allsec technologies, For 3 months. I quite the job on the 3rd of january 2010. Due to the worst experince in that company. so, informed to the TL that i will not come the company to work. After that taken 15 days to accept my resignation letter. I asked for the my salary they are telling first you give me 1, 100/-Rs . then only we will generate your salary...Nearly 2 Months over they still not generated my salary of Rs 5, 100/-. According to some information After accepting the resignation letter within 45 Days the Salary will be generated. But in my case they are not releasing my Salary. I think Some people of the comany has been taken my salary..Plz help me...

                  My Provident fund has not yet been credited to my SBI account as promised by my previous company. The name of the company is Allsec Technologies Ltd. It has been over 6 months now. I filled up the PF form on 7th January, 2009. Till date no information regarding my PF so far. Please look into this matter.

                  To clarify on the complaint we would like to state that you have left from the services of our company on 05.01.2009. As per the provisions of the Provident Fund Act we are required to submit the settlement claim form after 2 months from the date of leaving services of the company. Accordingly, this has been done and your Provident Fund claim has been settled by PF authorities on 30.05.2009, while the Pension Fund is under process for settlement, which we have confirmed from the PF website and for any further queries on this, you have to get in touch with the PF authorities.

                      Cheating employees in the form of pf and esi

                      Sir,

                      My name is prasad b, and i have been working as a call centre executive in cochin branch, and from 1/2/2009 the company cut the employer pf and esi rs from their own side also cut from our salary and not paying their own contribution, thus we loss huge amount of money. And they are cheating us and giving money which is written in appointment letter. So i request u take necessary action.
