The dumbest people i have seen in the travel industry. The representatives can’t spell simple names even when they’re dictated the right spelling. They spelt my father’s name different ways in different forms. My father’s name is mahendra singh shankar and in one of the forms they wrote ‘mahindra’ despite dictating the right spelling word by word on the phone. Do i look like a scorpio to you? Does my family look like a collection of trucks and suvs? On another form, they spelt my father’s name as mahinder -_-

This caused a lot of problems in identification of my father and we had to cancel our arunachal trip. Next, these lying theives wouldn’t refund our money when i explained them the situation and the mistakes made by their own people. These cheaters need to be punished severely. Alok bhartia travels needs to be shunned from the industry. Everyone beware of this cheat!
