This company is making false commitments and misutilizing the customers trust
I bought star plans with them for rs 21, 999/- and as per which i was entiteled to get 2 tickets every month.
I had made two request for travel as per the company policy. Ranchi to chennai 20/05/2017 and coimbture to ranchi 22/05/2017.
They booked tickets for me from ranchi to chennai and on 20/05/17 they rejected my second request saying that due to scarcity of flights they are charging me two tickets for the single travel.
Sales men mr mohit ([protected]) also told that it will be only one ticket and in no case it can be treated as 2 tickets.
How ever all in vain
