Alpfly (Read fraudfly #fraud) is the new age travel ponzi scheme. Do not waste your money and stupidly fall into their trap.
Frustrating and unreliable service from alpfly.com. I had placed a booking request on 4th oct for travel on 17th oct. As per the guidelines given on their website and communication with customer service, i was assured that the ticket will be issued by 14th oct (Latest by 15th). Today is 15th oct and i haven't received the ticket yet.
Copied from alpfly.com website: "customers will have to book their travel, at least 7 days in advance and pnr will be issued 48 hours prior to the date of travel. 7 days does not include the day of placing request and the date of travel."
When i call their customer service number[protected], and select option 1 (For existing member), the ivr disconnects my call. However when i select option 2 (For new enquiry), i am connected to the sales people who tell me that the travel desk is not working today since it is a holiday on sunday. So basically they are open to trap new customers but closed to serve existing customers.
I tried my best to get the issue resolved through their customer service before taking it up on social media. Was this information helpful? |
