Of amount 36999/- for couple plan 10+5 airway ticket.

Lately they have been cancelling the request and not giving the refund...

Had purchased a scheme of 10 tks... Every time i make a request they turn it down. This time a request was made 2 mths in advance still no ticket is being issued. They say they dont have inventory.. Nothing of this is mentioned on their web site 2 months back the mumbai amritsar ticket was available at 4000 rs and now i have to buy 15000 one way. Whilst selling the scheme they had mentioned a 7 days intimation only... This is absolutely misleading...

I ve purchased a couple plan but without making any booking i 've cancelled my registration within 10 days (As per their policy cancellation should be made within 21 days of purchase). I ve raised a cancellation request in the month of november. Its been close to 2 months still haven't got my money back.
No response from alpfly.
They are keep on saying that its under process.
Refund amount is of rs.35000, need help.br...
