With reference to the subject cited above i am to draw your attention
To the fact that a i kall k 11 mobile has been purchased by me on
4.8.2016 from shopclues which has been disordered from the opening.
Asper your instruction through email and sms it has been repaired at
Kolkata service centre whice you send. But this service center does not
Work i kall mobile then i go to another service centre name mobile
Solution at bally halt. (Mobile no.[protected]). They placed a new
Battery after checking on 18.8.2016. Inspite of that it is remained as
Before. However, it is quite impossible on my part to go at your kolkata
Ervice whice is far away (Near about 750km) distance from my house.
Such being the case, i am sending it back to you for replace
Or repair (As the case may be) along with the prayer. Kindly do the
Needful at your earliest convience and oblige vthus and send it to
