The Flawless Facial Hair Remover Shaver is not working. I have tried multiple types of batteries but it does not seem to work. The Flawless Eyebrow Trimmer is working fine but it gets heated up by 10 min o[censored]se. Both the boxes were suppose to come with 1 cell but there was none in both. The boxes were already opened but the packaging was sealed so I accepted the package. The delivery was good, it was on time and delivered pretty early on but the product package was destroyed. I was told they have full replacement policy. I hope they better do.
