Alphaglee — fraud company, received a damaged "flawless hair remover"

We will take you to consumer forum. Worst experience i had ever.
I have done the biggest mistake by trusting company like yours.
I have ordered flawless facial hair remover on friday 16th august worth rs999 i have received the same yesterday 20th aug. Order no - al173750
1) packet (Inner box) was torn (Snapshot attached).
2) cell which was supposed to be there was missing.
3) when i tried using the trimmer with other battery it's not working.
I don't why i have trusted brand like yours other than amazon.
I'm providing my address with the hope that your company is not a fraud company and might have provisions of replacement.
