I have ordered flawless facial hair remover on friday 16th august worth rs999 i have received the same yesterday 20th aug. Order no - al173750
1) packet (Inner box) was torn (Snapshot attached).
2) cell which was supposed to be there was missing.

I have canceled the product earlier when i placed it but no response from anybody.
As per your condition have have accepted the order also. Why u people not canceled my order after that u are mailing that your order is shipped and we cannot cancel it i is all your mistake i have given you the mail before shipment. This is in concern with a product that I have ordered in alphaglee.com bearing order No. AL138956 ( sweat shaper for women).

Unfortunately the product received was of smaller size. I would like to get it replaced of bigger size (36) or return the product and get the order amount refunded.

Please let me know what and how to proceed further.

I have purchased eyebrow trimmer and i received it 2 days back which is not at all usable and the price is damn high (rs 900) and i just wanna return it off to them! But the customer care people are not all responding to mail not they have given contact number! even though they have not given exchange option too in their website to raise complaint atleast! such a fraud website...

I got alphaglee facial pore cleaner and flawless painless hair remover. Both the products are sub standard. They worked only 2-3 times. The body is fragile and the buttons broke. Both the products are ineffective and don't fulfill the claimed purpose. Do not buy anything from this company. Fake!
