Bought lifetime subscription online, got the books NO DIGITAL ACCESS

ACK app development does not recognise the purchase
The phone numbers are all changed,
Raised complaint, no revert

Most likely I have been defrauded...

Paid for the books and books not delivered

On October 22, 2022 I have paid Rs 4599 to Amar Chitra Katha Private Limited, But so far the books not delivered. Though I have mailed them regarding this subject, I am yet to receive the books...

Payment made successfully and order confirmation received on 26th August for lifetime subscription of Amar Chitra Katha app and Tinkle comics app.However order still not received even after follow up...

I have subscribed for an yearly subscription on the ack comics app on my iphone. The payment has gone through, it’s showing that I have subscribed successfully. But I cannot get access to the content the app still. I tried calling the customer numbers available on their website but none of them go through. I have emailed them multiple times but have not received a reply yet. Kindly help me try to clear the issue.

Lying about Product

They Promised their ENTIRE MYTHOLOGY single issue stories in their “The Complete Mythology Collection Pack”. But after purchase many stories are missing. They are outright lying about their product in every channel of sale. I have screenshots & website advertisement to prove it....

Failed Subscription--Amount not refunded

I paid INR 4500 for the annual subscription(Print Copies) of National Geographic Magazine in November 2021--Subscription Number 176063.
After a delayed delivery of the December issue, Amar Chitra Katha told me that they "will no longer be able to distribute the promised print subscription copies for National Geographic Magazine starting January 2022". Multiple calls to customer care helpline are unaswered. Calling 4/5 times daily to follow up. No one picks up the phone.[protected]/2/3/4

Subscription paid but can not avail facility

I have already mailed your customer care with all details, but absolutely low grade service.Unable to utilise the services, and the money has already been debited from my account.Looks like Team ACK is a habitual offender.Pl ensure this is done at the earliest.Will take it up very with the concerned department, if no appropriate action is taken....

I had subscribed to tinkle through mysubs website from February. I have not received any issue from the time of subscription till now. I have tried contacting tinkle but no response. Following repeated phone calls with no luck of answering I sent a mail to their customer care email id, even that did not have any reply....

I am getting the copy of my tinkle very late and upon further investigation have found that the delivery has been opened and later delivered to me one week late. Very cleverly the person has opened the bottom of the envelope and took out the copy. Also they have removed the courier tracking sticker so that we cannot trace the person who delivered it.

repeated attempts went in vein

I have placed the below order on May28, 2019. It costed me 15, 000 rs. There was no single correspondence about the order post order confirmation. I tried reching customer service, submitted complaints on their site but there is no answer. Its such a wost support system ACK has. If they dont care about customers they should close the store rather than causing inconvenience to all. Its an epitome of inefficiency, incompetency and highest levwl...

I got a reply from Gourav Pawar saying that the issue might be due to post and asked to pay Rs.300/- additional for sending the books by courier.br...

took money, never delivered books

Ordered books online, showed "in stock". 2-3 days later, got shipment notice with dtdc tracking number!

Turns out that all of it is fake. After waiting for 2 weeks, tried to track with dtdc tracking number given (M[protected], but got no tracking information!

Since then contacted amar chitra katha many times, but no progress. Most of the time their customer service phone just keeps ringing....

non receipt of tinkle subscriptions

I booked a one year subscription for Tinkle magazine with Amar chitra katha on their website. I was supposed to start receiving my monthly subscription from September but till date not one has reached me. They say that all the subscription orders are sent through book post, but I am not able to believe that in 2 months, not one of 4 magazine (fortnightly magazine) has managed to reach me. I live in New Delhi, which is not a difficult place...
