Have not received the newspaper for the past three days.
And above all the normal delivery time of the newspaper is after 10.30am.

My 6 month subscription (wef 1 Jan 2023) was confirmed by DH on 25 and 30 Dec 2023. However the paper was not delivered to my address on 1st Jan.. After a series of complaints and phone calls, delivery started on 4th Jan 23.
Print edition was not delivered on: 1-3 Jan, 5, 7-11 Jan, 15 Jan, Feb -12, 18, 23, April 14, 16, 26, 30; (17 days between 1st Jan 2023 and 30 April 2023)
Further, since May 3, 2023., supply has stopped completely, till date.
I have tried emailing and telephoning various executives Including Mr Omana Baiju, Manager Mr Girish, Circulation Dept Mr Nagendra and Mr Harish Gowda, however delivery has not been resumed.
The company has cheated me by taking subscription in advance and not delivering the paper and not responding to my complaints. There is no refund available on cancellation of subscription either I will be forced to take this matter to the Consumer court for redressal against deficiency in service and non supply of newspaper after receiving subscription.

We trusted Diakin Advertisment and bought in 2019 inverter ac worth 45000/ from the date 0f buying cooling extremly good for 6 months, then gradually reduced only air produced..

2019 period was covid i could not able to clain warranty. afet 10 month my inverter board corrupted. due to covid no technician cam for service . then after once settled i changed inverter board paying 7000/

now from 2022 cooling were not there i approaced for service . engineer says inverter board again problem asking me top pay 7400/

can we file to consumer court, because buying this ac we have struggled a lot in mental depression, no cooling all the time kids women were too much suffered in heat. not ab;e to enjoy the complete cooling from diakin ac. diakin company providing low quality product to the constumer. and making poeople lot of mental depression.

more ever no customer should affect like me in diakin company. very worst low quality product will not provide good ac unit

I am not receiving paper since February. We have paid for 1 year subscription and I see suddenly papers are not being delivered. I called the agent, he says to call another agent, he says to call another manager. I am fed up chasing everyone.

I call up customer care, they take details and say they will call back. But again ZERO result. No call, no updates.

Is it my resposibility to talk to different people and resolve it ? Is this sense of responsibility and commitments that in inbibed in your agents ? Why at all tell customer "CARE" when there is no emotion of caring that I see ? I am really dissppointed and angry on the way this is being handled. Still no paper yet.

When will the paper start getting delivered again ?
Who will pay me for the days the paper is not been delivered ?

Who will answer this ? Whom to contact god knows .A big question mark everywhere . I am helplessly writing here. Not sure this will also go into deaf ears.

At the least, if you dont have a mentality of serving people right, why have subscribers at all ?

I have even written an email to reader service cell. If at all if there is any empathy left, I hope there will be a call back.

An article titled "Discard Delhi, South indian should be the capital" published on 26 August 22:58 by Kinshuk Nag is very offensive and anti-national. The writer has written about the greatness of South India and completely denied the fact that half of these states were not even involved in freedom struggle. Moreover, Delhi has been the centre of politics since time immemorial and has been the capital for more than 100 years. This writer is trying to divide India into North and South and trying to incite violence. Remove the article as soon as possible!

I have subscribed the Deccan herald newspaper one month back ...after some days they are not delivering properly ..after complaining to the newspaper agent ..he didn't take any needful actions ...please take actions about the agents if not name of the newspaper will goes off ...

Santosh trophy final coverage and result was missing. We have noticed that there is clear biased or discriminating act from your reports in covering National games and sports, where Karnataka is is not involved. Please note that Bangalore's readership is mixture of all communities residing here. We have opted for DH not because of his comprehensive coverage, but of it's unbiased political as well as regional stand. This kind of approach might make us think of alternate dailies...

I have been your paper fan from several decades now.Without reading DH my morning coffee would not go down my throat.

However I have a feeling based on my experience that you are anti Modi and anti BJP.

While I have several example, in the interest of making my point clear I am quoting one.

Today paper you have written about gang rape in UP in the front sheet which is appreciated.It is important to highlight such criminals who create such heinous crime.

But please be very objective in your reporting.

Rape or violence which happens in all State ( irrespective of States (BJP or Non BJP ruled ) have to be reported in the front page going by high standards you set in protecting women dignity.

Today there has been a unfortunate incident of horrific gang rape reported in Mumbai.

I am expecting you to report the same in tomorrow paper in front page as well.

If not it is double standard being followed by you.

Please prove me wrong by being more objective.

We were approached and entered into this agreement by paying fee is Rs899/-

Till date no paper, spoke to Venkatesh and said he will get back. Since than multiple calls, chats to Venkatesh no response

In jyothinagar residents there is a empty private place compounded inside that daily they get 4 to 5 tractor load garbage and burn them 24 hours since one month this is going on we resident cannot breath day and night we request the concern department of ward no 81 to take action.

Ref No:[protected]. He had promised that he will be arranging to give paper till 31st March by hand and later it will be regular on daily basis thru an agent, but unfortunately the promise is not kept, we have received DH for 3 to 4 days from 23rd March 2021. We were supposed to get the News Paper from 1st April 2021 but toady also we have not received .

Please look into the issue and do the needful on priority .

I have been a reader of Deccan herald and been subscribing on yearly basis.
I was informed that my subscription was due on 27/02/2021 and hence in order to keep the subscription live I paid the yearly subscription on 07/02/2021 by paying Rs.949 via Google pay. Receipt no. Is 4423 DTD 07/02/2021.
Canvasser code is [protected].
I was told by the person mr. Lokesh Naik that paper will be supplied from 1st March 2021.
But as per Mr.J.Anoop Kumar the paper will be supplied from 16th March 2021 only.
Minimum 2 weeks is required for supply clause applies for fresh customers only and not for renewals. Even if you apply the clause the supply should have started by 22/02/2021 itself.
I have not received the paper since 3 days because of the wrong notion.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
Arrange for the supply of newspaper and inform me the starting date of the supply of newspaper, so that I can renew my subscription
Next year on time.
Kindly look into the matter on priority
