Complain has been raised in the amaron website for the car battery replacement which is under warranty this month.

The service center and Anaron office in hyderabad is refusing to replace the car battery stating dine vague excuse the battery has to be checked
The service center David from close to Miyapur in Krishna residency, Manikonda came with his battery charger for car battery and checked the condition of the car battery took the reading and photo of the car battery and left immediately.
After repeated requests and speaking to some executives Prakash they seem to not want to take calls or replace the car battery.
The car santro Hyundai zing has been serviced by kun Hyundai workshop and they have informed to change the car battery.
I can send the car service information and the car charging photo sent to my email.
Kindly let me know why I am being asked to call back the customer care number move more than five times today with the same excuse executive or service engineer not available.
Can the Amaron company refuse to replace the car battery?
Look forward to an immediate resolution
