My name is Sandeep Dogra, I am using Amaron Battery of Model No. AAM-FL-00036B20L and Sr. No. CEG1305V101157. I have purchased this battery on dated 02/03/2021. Attached herewith the warranty card for your ready reference. Currently this battery is under warranty as per the warranty card.
Now, battery is having problem and when I asked to replace this battery under warranty. The Amaron Dealer at Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, UP is not ready to replace this battery under warranty, since the date of purchase entered in their system is one month earlier to the actual date of purchase. Therefore, they are not ready to replace the battery and told me that it is expired one month prior. I have raised this issue with the Amaron Customer Care with SR. [protected] dated 27/08/2023. However, I did not get any solution from the dealer and CC. No one is ready to help me and resolve this issue. I request to kindly look into the matter on priority and replace my battery under warranty.
