Fraud and cheating by Amaron battery

2 months have past struggling to connect with Amaron. Yesterday, a call received from Mr. Sachin Saxena, his mobile no [protected] after repeated complaint mails written. Harrasment and cheating

I purchased a Car ford ecosport battery on Dec 2024 and on 15th OCT 2025 the battery was dead and I purchased from tyrenmore online company. I called to CC of Amaron brand (Amara Raja Batteries Limited) to take care for this issue as my car battery was under free replacement warranty, but the technician number given by CC person as Shree Babaji Enterprises charged the battery and gave it back to me with same one, then I called to CC of Amaron...

150Ah UPS battery warranty replacement problem

Warranty replacement period is till 3yrs.
However initially tey made excuse that I had lost warranty card hence they were not giving replacement. They had seend and agreed that battery was weak and it was not giving me back up with 100wattss load for more than 15mins.

I had purchased Amaron Amar Raja 2 wheeler battery for my bike on 09/01/2023. While purchasing I was told that the battery is protected by 2 years of warranty, which means it will be replaced by the company if it fails to work within 2 years of date of purchase. The battery stopped working since end of October this year. So I went to garage and told him about it. At first he started refusing saying that the company says 2 years while selling but doesn't replaces the battery after 18 months. And at first told me to contact the company on my own and get a replacement but after a lot of arguments he took my battery on 05/11/2024 and said he will send to the company for replacement. And told me to be back by 12/12/2024 for the new one. After wasting several he gave me back the same old battery saying that the company didn't replace the battery instead they have given the same old one back. So if you want a new one, you need to buy it. So, how is 2 years of warranty equal to 18 months only ? How is it not 24 months ? And if that is the case then why during sale the garage and the company says 2 years of replacement ? Now since only few days are left I cannot even go to the company directly. How is this not fraudulent advertisement ? I m attaching the photo I took of the warranty card while I gave the card and the battery to the garage owner. The date can be clearly seen on it.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I, Tanvi Shende, am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Triveni Enterprises, located near Hanuman Mandir, Papa Patel Complex, Wadi, Nagpur-440023, concerning a highly unsatisfactory and troubling experience I have had in relation to a battery purchase.

    On 08 January 2024, I purchased an Amron Pro Bike Rider Battery (Model: ABR-PR-APBTZ5L, Battery Number: BAF0401Y104671) from the mentioned Triveni Enterprises. The shop owner assured me that the battery was covered by a 2-year replacement warranty and that any issues within this period would result in a new packed battery being provided.

    However, after only 7 months, the battery started malfunctioning. On 16 August 2024, I visited Triveni Enterprises to claim a replacement under the warranty. Instead of replacing the battery on the spot as promised, the shopkeeper took the battery and issued a handwritten receipt, marked as a "Service Battery, " stating that it would be sent to the Amron Battery company. He then replaced my battery with an old one in my two-wheeler (Hero Destiny) and assured me that he would call me when the replacement battery arrived.

    On 04 September 2024, I was contacted by Triveni Enterprises to collect my battery. Upon my arrival, the shopkeeper attempted to hand me an old battery, claiming it was new, which I recognized as false. When I requested a sealed new battery, as per the warranty terms, the shopkeeper rudely refused and escalated the situation into a quarrel, involving other individuals in the shop.

    After further confrontation, the shopkeeper eventually handed over the battery to me but is now withholding the battery warranty card, stating that he will only return it if I replace the battery with him. This is not only unfair but also a direct violation of the warranty agreement and my consumer rights.

    I find this behavior unacceptable and unprofessional. The shopkeeper's actions not only breach the terms of the warranty but also subject me to undue stress and inconvenience. I am now left without my warranty card, which is vital for any future claims, unless I comply with his unreasonable demands.

    I am attaching all relevant documents, including the original purchase receipt, the warranty card (when it was in my possession), and the service receipt, for your reference. I request your immediate intervention to ensure that my warranty card is returned and that appropriate action is taken against Triveni Enterprises for this misconduct.

    I am also filing a complaint with the local police station regarding the shopkeeper's behavior and the withholding of my warranty card.

          Dear All,

          We've replaced car battery with Amaron and after 1.5 years car battery was having issue and under warranty. We have called up customer support after 3 days technician took the battery and confirmed it was a battery issue and battery will be replaced with the resolution time of 24 hours. He is not picking up the call since then and responding only when customer center number calls up to the technician and informs it will be done in 10 mins. It's been 4 days still no resolution.

            My Amaron battery was changed at (Annai Amaron battery (service) PANRUTI dealer)around 9.00 PM. It has warranty that is why it has been changed After fitting the battery in my wago bike, first it was started, then my bike was not started. I asked to check the battery. The person who worked in the Annai Amaron service, damaged my bike and abused me with vulgar words. He doesn't know how to behave with the customer.The bike was not started, So I came out of the Annai battery Service without starting the bike. I pushed the bike for 2 Kilometers around 9 .30 pm. I suffered a lot. I informed the same to Amaron customer care. So I request you to tell Annai Amaron panruti dealer not to indulge in these activities. I have already bought two car batteries from the same Annai Amaron service(mobile-[protected]). Here after I won't get Amaron batteries because of this incident.

                        Amaron inverter not working after 6 months

                        The same advice given by AMARON technician to change my HOUSE-WIRING when I gave complaint to AMARON customer care for my AMARON inverter not working properly.

                        The technician started telling that AMARON inverter runs on SINE WAVE but other manufacturer's inverters run on SQUARE-WAVE, etc etc reasons and ultimatly giving a wise advice to change my house-wiring - that's all.
