Amaron — A 800va battery needs repair

I book a service against my 800va battery (Which was not working properly needs repair) on 4th june 2016, but as per the time duration which promises by the company i. E. Within 48hrs didn't get a call or service from the company at my door step as per the company t&c. So for that reason i faced so much difficulty, so i want to lodge a complaint against the company because my battery not gets repaired till now...
