Amaron — amaron amaron quanta 26ah battery not working

I have purchased quanta 26 ah quanta batteries from reddy battery balapur x road hyderabad - 500097 on 17/04/2017 vide bill no 420 and one battery not working no moq02608r312201 and contact them along with battery they told after checking the service person will come and exchange from your house. And the service person came and simply your ups is not working. After i meet our service engineer and contact with amaron service person the service person of not answer on amps and also they given some higher authority name was prathap cell no. Is [protected] if he agreed i am not objection to give new battery. After i and our service engineer contact to pratap after discus he told there no complaint on our service person hence i am not accept to claim of battery
