Amaron — amaron battery rejected by service dealer

We received one bmt vehicle for starting concern after inspection we found concern developed due to faulty battery. We hand over that battery to your service and sales dealer sr sales corporation 5e/27, n. I. T faridabad. He rejected to replace under warranty by highlighting para 3. The battery is out of warranty i. E. Battery was purchased/manufactured on 22.04.2018 and warranty expired on 21.07.2019. When we called him how can you reject this battery by writing this then he told me no no your battery get rejected due to battery date of sale — 12.06.2018. Sir please go through attached battery snap and clear is this battery is in under warranty or not. Please clear which date amaron will consider vehicle sold date or battery manufacturing date.
