Amaron — amaron inverter charging issue

Address:Q no T2_134, Karimnagar, Andhra Pradesh, 505211

Inverter is not working fine and inverter is unable to charge and showing overload .
The issue started when we switched off the inverter while we went on a vacation.
After vacation when we switched on the inverter, it was showing low battery and from then it is unable to charge and showing overload only.
Please consider our complaint on high priority and resolve it asap.
