Amaron — amaron selling faulty batteries and not replacing with new one | |
Bought new amaron flo battery for my santro car on april 19, 2018 from a dealer named batteryboss (www.batteryboss.in). battery drained twice in may. They simply recharge the battery and get it back even though they know that the battery is faulty as the battery should not get discharged so early in its life. Have moved my car to bangalore in last week of may. The third time my battery drained on jun 28, 2018. Have complained them and now awaiting from someone to attend the problem. Don't understand why such a reputed company is selling faulty batteries and not replacing it with a new one even after my requests??? Very unhappy with amaron. My earlier battery was also form amaron but that time did not face any problem with the battery. This time unfortunately i experienced their customer support... And i should say it is pathetic!!!
