Hi, I have installed Amaron battery on my bike few months and it is still under warranty, but I lost the warranty card. I purchased it from a dealer and he is asking for warranty card to replace. I have below details on my battery, can you please send me a warranty card so I can replace the battery.

I have purchased a battery from Amazon on 15.06.20 and the battery is now not in working order. I have handover to it in Paradip Service care Dist- Jagatsinghpur of Odisha state but not result found. I have handed over 7Ah Amron battery pulsher bike on 08.01.2021 but the service center personnel not working properly.how many days I will further wait fulfill my battery service....

I have an Amaron Pro Rider sealed AGM beta series battery(AP-BTX5L), which comes with my TVS Scooty Pep+.The sticker on the battery itself shows a warranty of 48 months.I purchased this battery on july of 2017.The above said warranty will only reach on july of 2021.

After purchasing the battery for my Thar CRDi, I have already sent the battery to service center at RajaPark twice or thrice you can check with them as they have it the complain register. I have purchased new amaron battery on 31.10.2020 which is faulty. Today when I went to replace the battery the vendor informed me it takes around 10-15 days to replace the battery. I want to know whar quality of battery your company is providing? Is after sale service satisfactory? Whether ur customer will recommend ur brand on this kind of service and product. Hello i am from agra uttar Pradesh one of your dealer in agra named Agarwal agencies in prtap pura is do not resolved our complained...he also described...that this is not battery problem this is your activa problem the service is very bad...

My amaron battery is complaint and dealer is not replacing it because i am not having warranty card, the battery is still under warranty period. Please replace my battery as soon as possible else i will move to higher authorities.

I want file a complaint against amaron battery. I am using amaron battery for my car. I installed new battery last year, unfortunately that battery is not working and I contact amaron customer Care but as per the information from them warranty is valid only if I provide the warranty card.
