    Hi amaron team i have purchase amaron battery for my bike before 4 months that time it was ok but after 4 months it is discharging every day and i had to run with my bike in second gear to start it because my bike has no kick..i checked my bike with mechanic he told that he had charged the battery 2 times but after one self start battery is not taking the load he had cross checked the bike with another battery that time the bike is ok self start is working very fine...so the solution is my battery was faulty...i had gone to amaron battery shop he denies me to replace my battery he is saying battery is giving reading and battery is ok..

    So what is the meaning of warranty and replacement plz tell...my no. Is [protected] place jodhpur...

      I have been using Amaron batteries in almost all my motorcycles and cars for the last many years and have been buying from a single dealer.
      In my experience, Amaron batteries are of very low quality and also service, the battery fails within 1 to 2 months after the expiry of the guarantee period, now I have changed the batteries in my car and motorcycle (attached bill and guarantee card) as if the guarantee period of this battery was over or the battery failed.
      Very very bad experience from amaron.
      I request you to kindly replace or refund against my old battery otherwise I go to consumer court for providing a very low quality battery.

        My Battery Model is 7LB use in CBZ Xtreme purchase on 24/07/2019 Battery is under warranty but Dealer say Battery is physically damage so we cant give warranty ...i call to customer care and registerd a complain my complaint number is SR NO IS [protected] and found a contact number Mr Zameel mobile num [protected]...when i call to Mr Zameel ...but not a proper response and say mr Zameel we cant give you Battery come to sikar for battery change i will not change the battery i wish ...please help

I have handover to it in Paradip Service care Dist- Jagatsinghpur of Odisha state but not result found. I have handed over 7Ah Amron battery pulsher bike on 08.01.2021 but the service center personnel not working properly.how many days I will further wait fulfill my battery service.

                        Battery Warranty of TVS Scooty Pep+

                        I have an Amaron Pro Rider sealed AGM beta series battery(AP-BTX5L), which comes with my TVS Scooty Pep+.The sticker on the battery itself shows a warranty of 48 months.I purchased this battery on july of 2017.The above said warranty will only reach on july of 2021.
                        Now, my motorcycle doesn't get self start and checked this battery and, i found that this battery is not getting charging and it is failed.

                        I purchased Amaron pro Rider battery from our local dealer on 5/06/2019 in Badlapur ( Dist :- Thane, Maharashtra).( photo copy attached)
                        But battery stopped working from November 2020. I submitted battery to my local dealer. He send my battery for replacement. But it almost 1 month but neither my battery not get replaced nor any feedback from your customers care end.
                        We know Amaron is trusted brand. But due to my case, I felt very nervous about Amaron brand.
                        So kindly let me know when I will get my replaced battery back? Kindly give my replacement battery urgently or give my money back if you are not able to process it urgently.

                          I have purchased the battery on 3.3.19 and the battery number is AAM-GO-00095D26R and there is one more number on the warranty card CAE0602T214723. After purchasing the battery for my Thar CRDi, I have already sent the battery to service center at RajaPark twice or thrice you can check with them as they have it the complain register. The problem is the battery does not get charged as it should. I have checked the alternate and dynamo also. I have installed a standby battery for checking the same and the spare battery is ok. The service center person says that the battery is ok and the person I have purchased the battery with, says I can't help talk to Amaron people. Actually I need you to change the battery as soon as possible.

                            I purchased a Amaron Pro Rider battery on 20/7/19 but on 19/12/20 it became dead. I went to the battery dealer for replacement.
                            He has taken the battery for replacement but neither receiving my calls not providing a replacement even after 6 days.

                            dealer Details:
                            Dealer shop name - Sri bangalore top power center, jayanagara 9th block, bangalore 560069

                            I spoke to other dealer in Bangalore south and he told me that the battery sold to me was too old [2017 model sold in 2019] and so I cant replace it with any other dealer then the one who sold it to me.

                            Fraud:
                            1. Sri Bangalore dealer sold me a old battery which is illegal
                            2. Neither receiving the calls not replacing the battery.

Today when I went to replace the battery the vendor informed me it takes around 10-15 days to replace the battery. I want to know whar quality of battery your company is providing?
