I had purchased amaron 12v/80Ah battery in Jan 2019, used for my tractor. I had maintained the battery regularly once in 3 months as per their instructions with distilled water and charging it.
However, not even 2 years used completely, now the battery is completely dead, I still have warranty for 2 months, I had called the customer service, they had requested to take it to a dealer near by, the dealer demand purchase of new battery. I am a poor farmer, just bought the tractor for agriculture purpose, now purchasing a new battery will incur cost to me.
I purchased the battery, as recommend that it will last for 5-6 users, now it's dead in less than 2 years.
I do not recommend amaron for vehicles, that what the agencies say, amaron is good for only house, not for VEHICLES.
Battery lying dead since last 6 days.
All calls to the Owner - Mr.Sohail are being ignored by the above named person. My 4 wheeler is lying unused since over a week now.
Please beware of this dealer.
