We bought amaron battery recently and after 3 months we experienced beep sounds from battery then we asked for service but we didn't receive any calls please send us a expert to resolve this issue

    This is to inform to you that i had purchased amaron bike battery on 25th june 2018 but it's not working since buying date 1 time they changed battery by paying 100 rupees it's my 2nd visit at ur sambhal dealer mr zubair agro engineering agency sambhal now he is not taking seriously battery problem battery gets discharged again n again dealer says ur gurrantee period is over now he is not ready to talk to the valuable customer ur battery box showing the 48 years warranty/gurrantee what is this why happening so why dealer not behaving well
    You are requested plz look into the matter seriously n take supportive decision

      I have discontent about your service centre in jharkhand, deoghar
      DEEP TRADER SERVICE CENTRE they dint reply the calls, and when i go there they simply tell come before calling us, how they do that, whey i call them in any number given in receipt, they hang up by saying come here to know your status and when i reaches there they again reply the same ; come the very next day ... they reiterated ;same thing nearly half of months goes... im totally frustrated ...

        I purchased amron bettary for scooty on 19.08.2019 from devda auto parts udaipur rajasthan bettary is totally dead. I went to shop he told dme to go direct godown. Sir he told me that i went one bettary on 16.07.2020 ko bheji for replacement but aj 11.08 2020 tak nahi ai
        Mere yaha se 20-25 din pahle nahi ayegi. Sir scooyr runs daily to go office. Godaown is 15 km away from my residence. Sir when purchased tell 3-4 days but this time such type of behavior at the time of changing. Pl do the needful so that i may get immediately battery

          Dear sir,
          I brought a bxt pro bike rider with invoice no.297 dt., 17.5.2019 from m/s. Sri sathya ganesh agencies, kanchipuram. About 1 week my battery is not working properly when i check with the dealer on 11.8.2020 they check and told me that the battery has gone.
          When i ask for a solution they ask me for the warranty card, i informed, that i've lost the card. They revert, we helpless in this regard.
          Now contact the customer care, they register my complaint and informed me that our technician will contact you in 1 hour, but till now nobody contacted me

          Kindly take care of your reputation.

            I purchased two batteries bearing no aam-cr-td100st30
            Vide s. No tad0220s500040 on 31.05.18 which were under warranty for 30 months. for quite some time batteries were not working properly. a complaint on was lodges with your customer service centre. To redress the issue, complaint was forwarded to r. K agencies, pitampura delhi 54. despite repeated calls, there was no response from rk agencies. Neither the call was being responded to nor there was any communication. despite vigorous follow up undersigned managed to contact sh. Kamal rawat at m. No [protected]. His behaviour was very poor and unbecoming of an proper agent of such a reputed company i. E. Amaron. a vendor visited my residence and insisted that batteries are required to be taken to be taken to workshop for checking and charging. a sum of rs500/- was charged from me. I insisted that these charges are against the stipulations of warranty principles. but he was adamant and refused to take away the batteries. Ultimately i have to pay the amount under compelled circumstances.

            My grievances are
            1. charging of rs. 500/- is wrong and violation of principles of warranty.
            2. customer service rendered by rk agencies and his representative sh. Kamal rawat needs to be looked into seriously by your goodself as the services being rendered by their representatives is
            Tarnishing
            The reputation and goodwill of amaron batttteries, a company of international fame.
            please refund the unauthorised payment of rs. 500 / - and batteries be got re-examined to its fullest working.
            Suitable action is taken against the agency for misleading, violation of principles and rendering of poor customer service.
            I hope you will look into the matter. Hoping for an early reply from your side

                My name is aravindavasan.
                I am from tirunelveli, tamilnadu. Recently i bought new amaron ups battery from your tirunelveli branch (Sri radha krishna autoboliles) on 4/12/2019. After a month
                The acid from the battery leaked, i contacted the branch. A service engineer camed and fixed the leakege
                After few months it started leaking again,
                The service engineer came again and took the battery with them on 4/05/2020. The battery number is :dfa2743t108922. We asked to replace the battery. They told us to contact the company for the replacement. It's been 3 months, still no response from the shop, we are very disappointed.
                We are regularly buying amaron batteries.
                So, kindly replace the battery for us.

                  I purhased amaron car battery bh5d20l, adbo251q315019, from navi mumbai, within 3 years the battery is dead. I called customer care and sent the battery to their shop for replacement on 25 july 20 as it was within 48 months warranty, now the amaron advisor called me after 2 weeks and tells me that i have to buy a new battery for 6200 rs and will get a 20% discount. When i stated the battery should not die within 3 years he told me that its a one off case with my battery. I disputed the amount as new battery is available at much lower price and i should not pay so much for new battery. The advisor neither wants to help or provide me with the senior management number for further dispute, extremely unhappy with the product of a company which states they have a better life cycle.

                      I purchased amaron battery no. Abr-pr-12apbtx50 on date.04/08/17. From amaron battery dealer shop at shahibaug, ahmedabad. Amaron vibrant marketing. Where its dealership. And now they cannot repaired my battery till now a days date29/07/20. And tell me about that this battery is not repaired and you can take new one with replaced this battery with 1150rs for new one battery and also give me 25% discount on this battery which is not taken for me.                           I want to say that i have given him too to give for a complaint what is defective in my battery he has said me that ur battery is good commented after 25 days and it was not charge and at that time it was working properly. I want to change my battery because it is not working now working now because today is lockdown and i want to change and battery valid deti is left 2 months validity is left two months

                              This complaint is regarding to my personal use amaron battery tubular 150ah. My request to amaron center of my area to check out my battery because the backup of the battery is low from last month. So dealer didn't respond on my request and the behavior of the dealer is changed. He started to teach the lesson of how to handle a battery backup. So now i need a proper fine charged on the dealer and help me to exchange my battery from company because it's not work properly in warranty period.

                                I have an amaron flow car battery in my toyota etios which was installed on 8th july 2018 with replacement warranty of 2 years. I have been facing issue with battery since march 2020 and have complained 3 times about the battery issue, for which the local vendor aligns a technician to check and recharge the battery in my car which again dies in 3-4 days, even when i am using the car on alternate days.                                   This is to inform you that i have purchased a battery of amaron company for my bike on dated 23/02/2020 from sun battery durgapur west bengal 713213 vide model no:btx7r and sl no. Ba138s533787.

                                  But suddenly my battery was not working properly so that i went to the showroom for replacement the same but the dealer said that now stock is not available so it is not possible to change right now and can not give me any possible date or time it may be one or two month.

                                  As a reputed company we all trust your service so i have purchase the product but such type of bad service cant expect.

                                    I have issue with amaron battery of new bike, showroom persons referred to take another battery from khairathabad battery store of amaron, they asked for bike tax invoice when i bought, i don't have clear printout, but i have the print in whatsapp, i'm telling them, i'll send in whatsapp, but they are not agreeing
