I purchased Battery for Honda activa got dead in just 3 months, got it replaced after 3 4 months bcox I purchased it from local battery vendor. New batter worked well but few days back it got again dead stop working in between running activa in the middle road. Don't know what issue I am getting from Amron using Amron in My Car also but I am a happy customer but getting issue in Small battery in 2 wheeler. I replace Amrone from Exide in my Activa. Exide worked gud for many years. Sir/mam I request you to replace my battery with a gud one as I don't want to break my trust from Amron.

My car battery is dead since 11/06/2020 after online complaint myself submitted the battery with related document and warranty card to service center and talked to (Mukesh - [protected] and kuldeep - [protected]) service engineer and they said there is a fault in battery and your battery is in warranty period so we submitted the replacement request and your battery replacement comes under 2-3 working days. After that every 2-3 days they said your replacement was on the way but not reached till now, they promised every 2 days that your battery is coming but till now battery is not received and now they are not answering my calls and messages. So please enlighten me what to do about my complaint and when i am going to receive my battery replacement. It's been 17 days almost since the complaint till now they are making excuses everyday, it's very hard to travel without a vehicle nowadays because of covid-19, please take strict action and reply as soon as possible.

We have procured 34 no`s of batteries on Feb-2018.
Last week we faced problem in battery backup of our UPS. After checking we found that batteries are faulty.

My battery is dead and not working but within the warrenty period and I need to replace it.. I do not have the warrenty card but do have a original bill of the battery and invoice details.. what should I do to claim the warrenty.. pls suggest.. I have been trying every amaron helpline nos. But all the nos. Provided are not working.. disappointed with such a bad service...

I had purchased battery of amron probike rider on 8/8/18 from bhopal from model ground. He given warranty card after long time my battery is discharge not working i gonna to lilly talkies amron dealer he regect saying ur warantty card is tamperd it is over writing done on date of sale so warranty can't claim his person behavior is completely roud and pathetic way of talking to customer. If battery sold from any dealer ship it's building date also maintain by company how he can reject claim without cross check. B ram kumar iyer c. No[protected]

We bought amaron ups with 02 1400va batteries on 23 mar 20. After full charge of battery we faced a daily powercut where we noticed that the ups was holding just 40 min.

Sir i purchase two amaron battery 2years ago. Battery are down to one hours. And my battery guarantee three years. My battery guarantee card have loss. I went to amaron soap dealer. He checked the battery and he tell that one battery are damage. But he not replaced battery because my battery guarantee card has loss. Please help me.

The battery warranty clearly says 48 months warranty.

When I purchased, that was the statement by the shop keeper.

Now they say that only for 24 months, the warranty.

After that basically you purchase a new one!

I, had purchase 2 amaron inverter batteries on 01/08/2017 with 3 year warranty, not working for last 2 months. I am trying to contact via amaron costumer care number but could not. Finally contacted on 23rd may 2020 and register the complaint for same (Complaint no. [protected]). It was told that complaint will be attended within 48 hours, but not attended. Even no one made any contact.
So, this is to remind and to inform higher authorities to inform, so that matter can be resolved as soon as possible

I had purchased one battery and invoter on dt. 05/08/2018. I have complain last two month by telephonic. Today company mechanic advice to me the battery is damage it is not power backup. So it was replacement. But company and it's dealer miss viaviour and told me it is not possible by us. You have go to consumer court.

मेरे पास हीरों की maestro edge गाड़ी है जिसमे मेने amron की बेटरी डलवा रखी है 7 से 8 महीना हो गया है अब workshop मे बेटरी खराब बता रहे है लेकिन मेरे पास बेटरी का वारंटी कार्ड कही गुम हो गया है amron बेटरी के डीलर से बात करी तो वो बिना warrenty कार्ड के बेटरी बदल नही रहे है और नाही कोई और रास्ता बता रहे है बेटरी की फ़ोटो आप को भेज रहे है अब आप ही कोई उपाय बताए और समस्या का समाधान करे!

My nearst dealer not help me

Amaron ups 880 va showing overload low battery mains charge led showing glowing. Need urgently support. As invertor is showing overloaded and low battery and not getting charge.

As we are facing this problem from many days... Please resolve this issue as soon as possible
