मेरा नया इन्वेंटर है एक दिन भी सही से नही चल पाया नया बैटरी है amage का ।है 3 बार कंपलेंट किया लेकिन कुछ नही हुआ इसको प्लीज् इसको सही करा दीजिये ।कैसे कैसे कर के इन्वेंटर लग वाया उसमे भी सही से नही चल रहा है

My car batteries are not working properly need service urgently

Sir I have problems in 12v battery. I have parchage in date[protected], not contact any number. And not solve disterbutter my problems .my battery is full charge but back up is not ? Please help me.

I have buy amaron inverter battery approximate 3 year before but this battery is not working last 3-4 months and present this battery backup 0% not working properly. Warranty card picture attached.

I have called in costomer care and they told me that we will send our mechanic after lockdown the mechanic was called me and he told that the company wanted to give mechanical parts for work. Plss give the mechanical parts to the mechanic fast as possible

My amaron battery warranty is 4 years, fewbproblem in coming in my battery but lockdown how to change my battery 3 month left to warranty.

Battery was not charging

I had purchased an amaron battery (Pro bike rider) on 9th february, 2020 at the store located in malleshpalya, bengaluru. I am experiencing monthly issues with the battery switching on or as getting it checked by the dealer.

I have purchased a new battery for my car on 23rd of october 2018. This product as per dealer holds 18 months warranty, this warranty completes on april 2020. I visited to the dealer's office with the battery which is not working properly. My warranty card was lost in shifting house. I have the photo of that warranty card. I showed them the photo, i was send this photo on their mobile phone they confirmed it and saying this battery manufactured in 2017 and its not in warranty period. I don't know when it was manufactured, as per dealer warranty valid as per card. Why he is refusing to change my battery. I am attaching the photos of warranty card and batter. Please take a positive action against this.

Raised a complaint and person visited the house and told board is problem will cost you 1200/- i said ok then i asked my old board which is replaced for tat he is asking 1500 i dont understand why should i pay money for my old board the amaron company didnt inform me about the charges and the person also didnt informe about this while leaving he is asking extra money for my tat.. This is not i expected from such a big company like amaron.

I purchase battery on date 04/11/19 but after 10-15 days the problem started the battery won't charge properly i although tell same thing to pit shop from we're i purchase battery but he refused & denied to exchange then i contact the amaron customer care after that the pit shop agree to exchange, but from past 2 month the battery is in pit shop nd still he is not able to give me new battery or return my amount please do needful asap!!

I purchase battery on date 04/11/19 but after 10-15 days the problem started the battery won't charge properly i although tell thing to pit shop from we're i purchase battery but he refused & denied to exchange although i contact your customer care after that the pit shop agree to exchange, but although 2 months pass they still unable to give me new battery which i purchase.
My battery still is in service centre (Pit shop) from 2 months please do needful asap!!

Pathetic aftersales service
My battery is faulty; it been ten months since the purchase and the battery is not working.
I complaint several times and all they have is in 1-day technician will in an hour he will visit in 20 minutes he will visit and so on.
I even remember the names of most of the consumer care executive and the details of their technician.
Once the technician visited he told by just plugging in the key in the engine that the battery was fine and it will take 7-8 days to check the battery (That too there was no service battery)
The names of the customer care executive are mohammed kamil, who told me that the technician will visit in an hour.
After one and hour when i called seeta another of their heard told me that i complain her for the first time so i should wait for another one hour.
Such a shame amaron
As a consumer i will suggest you that if you can not do aftersales service, you have no right to fool the consumers
And i will urge other consumers never ever to buy an amaron battery again.

My battery had 48 months warranty bt it most completed 3years and i lost warranty card due to some reasons but local store is not responding they usually saying that the battery warranty is only for 3years if we need a new battery we pay.. There is no replacement of old battery.. I never thought that how amaron cheating people. Every bad experience faced by amaron store

I have purchased amaron current tall tabular battery 4 years back (Cr00150tn). Till this date it had worked perfectly. Now the battery is showing less voltage. Before it has worked minimum 4 hours, now it's not working only for 1 hour i think it has charging problem. Please register my complaint and help in this regard by doing your best service as early as possible.

This is to inform that i have purchase battery of amron from your authorized store at chandikhol, jajpur odisha, on 5th dec 2019, then he gave me second battery on 15th, dec, 19, charging full amount, and gave me in written that he will refund 1000 when 1st battery which had sent for company for verification of faulty is approved by company. And took my guaranty card of old one. I informed him many more time for refund, he is not responding atall. So i am forced to lodge a complain. I attached everything in in pictures.
