    My battery had a complaint on March 20 and its guarantee expired on 24th during lockdown I'm not able to get to any dealer out there because of lockdown and when I finally got a contact of the head office they say that it is now only under warranty

        battery in warranty but amaron not agree to replaced

        Hi,
        I am adv vikram sonawane. My mobile no [protected] i was purchase the amaron go battery in 2018.
        1. I was purchased your product name amaron go battery with 48 months warranty from thane on urgent basis because my vehicle was breakdown near mumbai toll that time mechanic come and told me the battery was faulty. Immediately i change the battery from your dealer.

        2. I say that the slogan appearing on the wrapper...

                            I had purchased an amaron battery (Pro bike rider) on 9th february, 2020 at the store located in malleshpalya, bengaluru. I am experiencing monthly issues with the battery switching on or as getting it checked by the dealer.

                              I have purchased a new battery for my car on 23rd of october 2018. This product as per dealer holds 18 months warranty, this warranty completes on april 2020. I visited to the dealer's office with the battery which is not working properly. My warranty card was lost in shifting house. I have the photo of that warranty card. I showed them the photo, i was send this photo on their mobile phone they confirmed it and saying this battery manufactured in 2017 and its not in warranty period. I don't know when it was manufactured, as per dealer warranty valid as per card. Why he is refusing to change my battery. I am attaching the photos of warranty card and batter. Please take a positive action against this.

                                  I purchase battery on date 04/11/19 but after 10-15 days the problem started the battery won't charge properly i although tell same thing to pit shop from we're i purchase battery but he refused & denied to exchange then i contact the amaron customer care after that the pit shop agree to exchange, but from past 2 month the battery is in pit shop nd still he is not able to give me new battery or return my amount please do needful asap!!

                                    But after few days I got to know that there is fault in battery again which I got to know on 15th Feb 2019 ...

                                    What should I do now as my battery is under warranty period of 2 years...
