Sir this is satyanarayana. I have purchased a battery last 3years remain 9months warranty is there. Warranty card is loosed in some were the seller told with out warrienty card i can'tdo any thing.in the way i have lost the money...     I took the BTZ 5L battery from the Vishwash tractor tempo center near Pukhrayan bus stop Kanpur Dehat for my bike and also claimed 2 times but the battery performance was useless the product of the immortals is even worse, the customer only has to get upset? sir pls help me pls me batter product and I am from Vivekanand Nagar pukhrayan Kanpur dehat

      Amaron Team,

      This is in reference to misbehaviour with myself and excess rate charged by dealer Mr Rohit Bajari (Beawar, Dist Ajmer, Rajasthan, Pin code 305901). Mobile number of Mr Rohit Bajari is [protected]. His firm name is Shree Ji Enterprises, Outside Ajmeri Gate, Near Kisaan Medical.

      The explaination is as under:

      1. I have bought an Amaron Pro bike rider battery on 07.07.17 from one retailer Vardhman Automobiles (Warranty card attached) and i was entitled for 24 months free replacement warranty and 24 months pro rato warranty. Accordingly i had called customer care on 17.11.19. He has given me number of Mr Naveen of Ajmer ( who is looking after Amaron of Ajmer district). I have talked on his number [protected]. Mr Naveen has given me mobile number of Mr Rohit Bajari.

      2. I had called Mr Rohit Bajari on 18.11.19 in evening to exchange or repair the battery as per rules and regulations of warranty but he told that today it is not possible. After few minutes i again called him for some clarification and suddenly he misbehaved with me. He told me that " Apko sharm nahi aati kya baar baar call karkey". He has talked very rudely with me. Let me clarify that he is dealer and if he attends call of any valuable customer, should he behave like this? I had also explained whole incident of Rohit Bazari to Mr Naveen of Ajmer

      3. As Rohit Bazari has told to me to keep battery along with card at certain place. Accordingly i have kept the same and Rohit Bazari has collected the same.

      4. On 19.11.19, he has checked battery and messaged me to come to his shop. When i reached his shop, he told that there is problem with battery and new battery has to be purchased and you will be given discount as per rules and regulation of pro rato warranty. He told that new battery rate Rs. 1100/- instead of Rs. 1050/- which is available on www.batterywale.com which is official partner of online battery order. Relevant screen shot is attached. Again he asked me for extra Rs. 50/- as courier charges for sending it to Ajmer. When i objected for this excess Rs. 100 charges, he told that this is my rate and he again misbehaved with me. I have explained whole incident to Mr Naveen but he did not took any action.

      Even i have confirmed the rate from Bhilwara Amaron Person Mr Anil whose contact no. is [protected] and he has also told the same rate of Rs. 1050 and also told that no courier charges will be applicable.

      Finally after his misbehaviour, i have paid whole amount of Rs. 1100 after prorato discount of 42% and also paid additional Rs. 50 as courier charges. Again when i told him to install the battery, he refused to install the same. He again misbehaved and told that this is not my work.

      Again i called Mr Naveen but he has not picked my call.

      5. This mis behaviour and excess rate charged by dealer Rohit Bazari is not at all tolerable. This creates a very bad impression of Amaron brand actually. Such dealers should be immediately blacklisted from Amaron as they are spoiling the reputation and goodwill of Amaron brand.

      6. I am working in corporate and we are buying lot of batteries from Amaron and we certainly stop giving orders now. Further personally also, we are into business and using Amaron batteries in every vehicle. But this incident has created negative impression of Amaron.

      7. Therefore i request you to take action on such dealer under intimation to me. Alternatively instruct that dealer to refund me total Rs. 680/- charged by him which is not at all justifiable.

      8. Feel free to revert me to understand the whole incident if there is any problem.

      10. I have been following up for the matter since 14 days, but no response for corrective action.

        Because those time honda agency say bill has not printed so take your bill later
        After this i am not collect the bill

        But now days your battery suddenly dead

        I have only one unique number that is mention on your battery

        How i replace my battery or check warranty

          battery failed within warranty period but not attended

          The battery purchased (As per attached) is valid for warranty but shamim motors at versova, refused to attend, on persisting he took to attend charged for a day and returned but on prevailing he kept for about 45 days and then came back saying battery is fine...

          The car had to be towed thrice due to battery issues as diagnosed my mercedes service center. On reaching the service engineer of amaron mr shiva, he seemed reluctant...

          Inverter is not working fine and inverter is unable to charge and showing overload .
          The issue started when we switched off the inverter while we went on a vacation.
          After vacation when we switched on the inverter, it was showing low battery and from then it is unable to charge and showing overload only.
          Please consider our complaint on high priority and resolve it asap.
          I have lost my cash voucher and warranty card of my batter b series vide no ap-btx9r, no.1201j16, bac[protected].

          Pls guide us to avail warranty.

            At the time of purchasing power zone amaron battery delar gave me old battery, now the batter is not working fine and service center guys refusing to replace the battery. SHREE BALA JI TRADERS is the dealer name and its permanently closed. I spoke to Prabhat @[protected] from Amaron battery he refuse to replace the battery. My battery is in under warranty of 36 month. Now the company is not ready to replace the battery with in warranty period. I want my battery to be replace or they can refund the money. If they do not replace the battery with in 36 month, then they should not mention this thing in warranty card. Amaron company is a cheater. They lie to their customer and sale their battery. I will not leave Amaron jsut like that.

              Dear Sir/ Madam
              I Sudhir Kumar lodged a online complain on last Wednesday (25/09/2019) regarding my UPS for which SR No: was JS[protected] and it was repaired on Thursday (26/09/2019) but again the UPS crashed down on Tuesday (01/10/20619). i called on your service Engineer on his mobile and informed about the problem as he had given 15 days grantee and told if there is any problem please call him.

              When i called him on Tuesday he told me, he will come either on Wednesday or Thursday but he did't turned up till the day end. Is this the way how your company handles the customers complain.

              Understanding my problem Hope it will be solved soon as my students are suffering a lot due to this.

                I purchased bike amaron battery on 06- jul-2019, after two days battery is dead. It is not charging. I have checked with southern motors, hero service center in madavakkam, chennai. They replaced new rectifier in bike and all electrical parts, confirmed battery is having problem. I had given my battery to aikon power technology, battery shop where purchased the battery for replacement on 21-sep-2019. After 8 days he is keep on saying, battery was send to company, still not received. It is very difficult to ride a bike battery, alternative battery not given. Battery number : baa0217t111734.                     I beg to state that about your service what i have suffered. One year back i have purchase new battery from amron dealer and within a year battery has been dead.
                    When i went to amaron athorised service centre, they put my battery two days after two days they your battery has been dead due to used of addition ligth.
                    As i know battery used in bike for ligh and start the bike if battery will not used for same then please give answer of below questions.

                    1. What is used of battery?
                    2. Why you give warranty of 48 months?

                    This is very bad experience with you. I am never gonna buy a amaron easily again in my lifetime and will not let any of close friend or family member
                    To go with this brand either.

                      I have purchase one AMARON FLO on[protected]. Unfortunately the battery stopped working within 17 months from the month of July 2019. everyday morning starting problem, so I get checked the the battery nearby dealer but they said they cant replace it giving unacceptable reasons. Called customer care several times, technician supposed to visit at my place but nobody turned up. Finally decided replaced it with new battery. I got new one on[protected] and paid full amount.
                      Does AMARON keep Warranty promise?

                              I would like to bring your kind notice that i have bought two amaron battery from your dealership theni.
                              Out of two, one battery is having a complaint of poor charging retention/ container leakage. I have been complaining about this issue last three months.

                              I have met your company sales staff during second visit and he advised to observe the battery once again at our place. But we found the battery charge retaining capacity complaint was persisted.

                              My third visit to your dealership, your sales and service (Both are from amaran side) were there in the showroom, especially your company service engineer was very busy in watching some whatsapp/youtube and given a very least attention to me and trying to ignore me.
                              Again your sales engineer has said that somebody would come and check up my battery at my place. But nobody turned up.

                              Again fourth time, i have taken up my battery issue to your dealer's person at showroom, but very lethargically insulting me / ignored me and he said ""poyaa" which means "get out". I have depressed/ disappointed
                              /
                              Being an automobile graduate engineer and worked as from service engineer to zonal service head in various leading automobile companies and happen to meet thousand of a customer in my tenure, i never treated the customer like this..

                              I think the fundamentals of service attitude are totally wrong starting from your own service engineer to dealership technicians.

                              You may accept or reject any claims as per your wish, but the behavior of your service staffs would definitely going to affect sales in this area

                              Kindly taken up this matter with your dealer and need to be addressed my issues. And also requesting you to give proper training about customer handling.

                                    I have purchased a 2 wheeler honda shine sp from dealer: jagajjanani honda, main road, at/po: junagarh (Bhawanipatna), dist: kalahandi, odisha on 30.07.2018. On 15.5.2019 the technician of the above showroom, took the battery in good physical condition but with self-start problem to replace the battery. I was told that, within 7 days the replacement will be done with a new battery. But, on 11.7.2019, at showroom cum service centre, junagarh, the dealer clarified that, due to physical damage condition of battery, it can not be replaced by the company. My battery is with me in good physical condition, which can be verified by your any technician. It seems to be cheating a customer within a warranty period by honda company. I want replacement against the damaged battery. Pl look into the matter and do needful action to save a harassed customer.

                                      मेने 14/06/2019 को amaron का बैटरी लिया जो कि 15 दिन चला भी नही खराब हो गया जब मैने 2/07/2019 को custmer care वाले से बात किया तो मुझे complaint no [protected] दिया लेकिन 48 hours हो गए मेरा problem दूर नही हुआ जब मैने जिस सेलर (दुकानदार) से लिया वो भी कोई response नही दिया और बोला जो करना है करो में नही जानता battery लेने से पहले बोला सब कुछ यहा से हो जाएगा वो गेरंटी वारंटी देकर दिया अब बोलता है हम नही जानते है / अतः श्रीमान से निवेदन है कि मेरा problem जल्द slove हो जाये
