Sir, my name is vishal and i had complaint against your company. I have bike shine sp, it's battery are belonging from your company. I was complaint 4 time about the defected battery. But your service providers cannot listen it. They're ingoing my complaint. I have a warranty about the battery. I request him many times. But he refused me. Plz i request you to take a action against your owner mrs. Ar. Choudhari, nana peth amron battery company.

    Hi,

    I beg to state that about your service what i have suffered. One year back i have purchase new battery from amron dealer and within a year battery has been dead.
    When i went to amaron athorised service centre, they put my battery two days after two days they your battery has been dead due to used of addition ligth.
    As i know battery used in bike for ligh and start the bike if battery will not used for same then please give answer of below questions.

    1. What is used of battery?
    2. Why you give warranty of 48 months?

    This is very bad experience with you. I am never gonna buy a amaron easily again in my lifetime and will not let any of close friend or family member
    To go with this brand either.

      I have purchase one AMARON FLO on[protected]. Unfortunately the battery stopped working within 17 months from the month of July 2019. everyday morning starting problem, so I get checked the the battery nearby dealer but they said they cant replace it giving unacceptable reasons. Called customer care several times, technician supposed to visit at my place but nobody turned up. Finally decided replaced it with new battery. I got new one on[protected] and paid full amount.
      Does AMARON keep Warranty promise?
      For you information I have attached both the warranty cards.
      Expecting favourable response from AMARON.

        I purchased a battery for my ecco car last year 7/18 from paschim vihar delhi. Already i was make a complaint ([protected]) in your cce. But i could not find any satisfied solution from your side. I have already checked battery by workshop. They said battery 1 cell is not working. So change your battery.
        I face problem from 10 august 19. Your service machnic not interested attend call.

        Pls help call us.

          Sir i purchased your battery for my mahindra tub 300 on 22 august 2018 at kota rajsthan it's have 18 month warranty after 10 months it start to trouble me suv don't start when i got mm workshop they tell me the battery is fault when i go to ameron dealer near suwalka rasidancy in rico industrial area kota the behave rudely they don't listen my complaint and misbehaving to me they behave like local vulger man pls help me my contract no is [protected]
          I had Honda Activa and I purchase a new amaron battery but my warranty card is lost and now my battery is dead

          Please provide me a new warranty card or duplicate warranty card
          Please accept my request and solve my problem

            My bettry have the technical issue so i submited the bettry alongwith original bill of purchase in solar way, rewari delete of amara raha bettry. After that the vender wind up his business but till date i didn't received the bettry from the dealer and the service center. Please suggest after dealer wind up how to track my bettry status. I have photo copy of my bill.

              Dear sir

              I would like to bring your kind notice that i have bought two amaron battery from your dealership theni.
              Out of two, one battery is having a complaint of poor charging retention/ container leakage. I have been complaining about this issue last three months.

              I have met your company sales staff during second visit and he advised to observe the battery once again at our place. But we found the battery charge retaining capacity complaint was persisted.

              My third visit to your dealership, your sales and service (Both are from amaran side) were there in the showroom, especially your company service engineer was very busy in watching some whatsapp/youtube and given a very least attention to me and trying to ignore me.
              Again your sales engineer has said that somebody would come and check up my battery at my place. But nobody turned up.

              Again fourth time, i have taken up my battery issue to your dealer's person at showroom, but very lethargically insulting me / ignored me and he said ""poyaa" which means "get out". I have depressed/ disappointed
              /
              Being an automobile graduate engineer and worked as from service engineer to zonal service head in various leading automobile companies and happen to meet thousand of a customer in my tenure, i never treated the customer like this..

              I think the fundamentals of service attitude are totally wrong starting from your own service engineer to dealership technicians.

              You may accept or reject any claims as per your wish, but the behavior of your service staffs would definitely going to affect sales in this area

              Kindly taken up this matter with your dealer and need to be addressed my issues. And also requesting you to give proper training about customer handling.

I have lost my battery invoice that is under warranty but now the dealer has denied to provide me duplicate invoice. He is also not replying me on whatsapp. What should i do now.                     I have purchased a 2 wheeler honda shine sp from dealer: jagajjanani honda, main road, at/po: junagarh (Bhawanipatna), dist: kalahandi, odisha on 30.07.2018. On 15.5.2019 the technician of the above showroom, took the battery in good physical condition but with self-start problem to replace the battery. I was told that, within 7 days the replacement will be done with a new battery. But, on 11.7.2019, at showroom cum service centre, junagarh, the dealer clarified that, due to physical damage condition of battery, it can not be replaced by the company. My battery is with me in good physical condition, which can be verified by your any technician. It seems to be cheating a customer within a warranty period by honda company. I want replacement against the damaged battery. Pl look into the matter and do needful action to save a harassed customer.
                    I have purchased amron battery on 26/12/2016 but two time battery got discharge, no proper response from distibuter, pl solve the problem

                      मेने 14/06/2019 को amaron का बैटरी लिया जो कि 15 दिन चला भी नही खराब हो गया जब मैने 2/07/2019 को custmer care वाले से बात किया तो मुझे complaint no [protected] दिया लेकिन 48 hours हो गए मेरा problem दूर नही हुआ जब मैने जिस सेलर (दुकानदार) से लिया वो भी कोई response नही दिया और बोला जो करना है करो में नही जानता battery लेने से पहले बोला सब कुछ यहा से हो जाएगा वो गेरंटी वारंटी देकर दिया अब बोलता है हम नही जानते है / अतः श्रीमान से निवेदन है कि मेरा problem जल्द slove हो जाये

                        2nd time i have purchased the amaron battery on dated 22/03/2017 from the sultan amaron battery distributor basavakalyan, dist. Bidar. As i have battery warranty and i missed my warranty card. Its is clearly battery warranty can be seen by using the bar code serial no scanner labeled on battery itself. But the distributor as well company refusing to replace the battery.

                        Hence its my humble request to please look after the issue take necessary action against the company.

                          I have been using amaron inverter and battery for my residence. Little more than a month my inverter had an issue and the technician visited my place replaced the motherboard and charged 1700 inr. Exactly after 35 days, the motherboard damaged again and the same technician asking to spend another 1200 inr to replace the motherboard - which in my opinion is wrong.

                          I am extremely unhappy with the quality of spares for the money that i spent and reluctance to help the customer.

                          I am discouraged to buy amaron products in the future. This is a very poor quality service and spares

                          My self dr.Mohd saiyad c/o arogya charitable hospital . I purchased one set of inverter and two battery 08 /17 .Battery details upload below . Battery had blast at 19 /06/19 but no any complain submit /response from dealer

                            Myself chandru ([protected]) bringing to your knowledge i had purchased battery at my nearest dealer on (12.06.2019) bill no 0308, from covai auto agency, ganesh theatre road, ooty-643001. The battery which i purchased get fully charge down. Hence i asked for the concerned store, they person at there is not taking any responsibility, and he use to shout on selling a defective battery. And i felt its a defective piece which i received. Further i need replacement of battery.

                              We received one bmt vehicle for starting concern after inspection we found concern developed due to faulty battery. We hand over that battery to your service and sales dealer sr sales corporation 5e/27, n. I. T faridabad. He rejected to replace under warranty by highlighting para 3. The battery is out of warranty i. E. Battery was purchased/manufactured on 22.04.2018 and warranty expired on 21.07.2019. When we called him how can you reject this battery by writing this then he told me no no your battery get rejected due to battery date of sale — 12.06.2018. Sir please go through attached battery snap and clear is this battery is in under warranty or not. Please clear which date amaron will consider vehicle sold date or battery manufacturing date. Want your kind revert so that we can educate our customers.
                              Dhule Pincode-424001 Maharashtra service center behavior is very bad. And no facility for other Battery provide before we take them 500Rs Money Deposit . Manager is very bad for service centre.

                                I purchased a tata3118 in which amron battery sl no aag1718s302557was give to me. But one battery is defect. I gave to mishra auto keonjhar on dt 10/03/2019. They gave me the same battery on21/5/2019 but the vehicle was not started, again the battery was gave by bg motor on dt 23/05/19. Till now the battery is there. They don't respond my voice. So why l can't take legal action against you? If it will not solve by your company within 7days lwill take legal action against you.. Yours faithfully

                                    I bought one battery on January this year from authorised dealer in Asansol near Veteran petrol pump.But it’s not working & they took the battery for more than 4 days also didn’t even provide me a spare battery to run my motorcycle.They should atleast give an old battery to start your vehicle from shop to home when they already took your new battery for their own fault.

                                      My registered amaron ups machine is burned, and it is in warranty period. When i raised complaint the technician himanshu majhi from kalahandi district came and took the machine with him and from last 1 year he is not returning the machine, and now his mobile is switched off and he is hiding somewhere. No staff from amaron is showing interest to solve this issue, amaron company is such a [censored], i am having very bad experience with amaron, all are thieves and dacoits ...I have already sent email multiple times but no response from company.

                                        The battery stared to leak and the car engine room is getting damaged.
                                        I purchased the battery from an authorized dealer in cochin area on jan 2019 and within 6 months battery showing issues.

                                        They are not willing to replace the damaged battery. The car dealer confirmed that there is no issue with the battery charging and are normal.

                                        Hence the issue is with the battery. Please let me know what to do in this case to proceed further up
