I have purchased a 2 wheeler honda shine sp from dealer: jagajjanani honda, main road, at/po: junagarh (Bhawanipatna), dist: kalahandi, odisha on 30.07.2018. On 15.5.2019 the technician of the above showroom, took the battery in good physical condition but with self-start problem to replace the battery. I was told that, within 7 days the replacement will be done with a new battery. But, on 11.7.2019, at showroom cum service centre, junagarh, the dealer clarified that, due to physical damage condition of battery, it can not be replaced by the company. My battery is with me in good physical condition, which can be verified by your any technician. It seems to be cheating a customer within a warranty period by honda company. I want replacement against the damaged battery. Pl look into the matter and do needful action to save a harassed customer.
Please provide me a new warranty card or duplicate warranty card
