Hi,
2nd time i have purchased the amaron battery on dated 22/03/2017 from the sultan amaron battery distributor basavakalyan, dist. Bidar. As i have battery warranty and i missed my warranty card. Its is clearly battery warranty can be seen by using the bar code serial no scanner labeled on battery itself. But the distributor as well company refusing to replace the battery.

Hence its my humble request to please look after the issue take necessary action against the company.

    I have been using amaron inverter and battery for my residence. Little more than a month my inverter had an issue and the technician visited my place replaced the motherboard and charged 1700 inr. Exactly after 35 days, the motherboard damaged again and the same technician asking to spend another 1200 inr to replace the motherboard - which in my opinion is wrong.

    I am extremely unhappy with the quality of spares for the money that i spent and reluctance to help the customer.

    I am discouraged to buy amaron products in the future. This is a very poor quality service and spares

    The technician name is Tirumalesh. I know it is a waste of my time educating AMARON on faulty parts and service
    My self dr.Mohd saiyad c/o arogya charitable hospital . I purchased one set of inverter and two battery 08 /17 .Battery details upload below . Battery had blast at 19 /06/19 but no any complain submit /response from dealer

      Myself chandru ([protected]) bringing to your knowledge i had purchased battery at my nearest dealer on (12.06.2019) bill no 0308, from covai auto agency, ganesh theatre road, ooty-643001. The battery which i purchased get fully charge down. Hence i asked for the concerned store, they person at there is not taking any responsibility, and he use to shout on selling a defective battery. And i felt its a defective piece which i received. Further i need replacement of battery.

        We received one bmt vehicle for starting concern after inspection we found concern developed due to faulty battery. We hand over that battery to your service and sales dealer sr sales corporation 5e/27, n. I. T faridabad. He rejected to replace under warranty by highlighting para 3. The battery is out of warranty i. E. Battery was purchased/manufactured on 22.04.2018 and warranty expired on 21.07.2019. When we called him how can you reject this battery by writing this then he told me no no your battery get rejected due to battery date of sale — 12.06.2018. Sir please go through attached battery snap and clear is this battery is in under warranty or not. Please clear which date amaron will consider vehicle sold date or battery manufacturing date. Want your kind revert so that we can educate our customers.

        Dhule Pincode-424001 Maharashtra service center behavior is very bad. And no facility for other Battery provide before we take them 500Rs Money Deposit . Manager is very bad for service centre.

          I purchased a tata3118 in which amron battery sl no aag1718s302557was give to me. But one battery is defect. I gave to mishra auto keonjhar on dt 10/03/2019. They gave me the same battery on21/5/2019 but the vehicle was not started, again the battery was gave by bg motor on dt 23/05/19. Till now the battery is there. They don't respond my voice. So why l can't take legal action against you? If it will not solve by your company within 7days lwill take legal action against you.. Yours faithfully

I have been last 10 years used Other company battery in my Yamaha FZ bike. I have never used a battery that is so very bad. I have more loss the issue.               I bought one battery on January this year from authorised dealer in Asansol near Veteran petrol pump.But it’s not working & they took the battery for more than 4 days also didn’t even provide me a spare battery to run my motorcycle.They should atleast give an old battery to start your vehicle from shop to home when they already took your new battery for their own fault.

                My registered amaron ups machine is burned, and it is in warranty period. When i raised complaint the technician himanshu majhi from kalahandi district came and took the machine with him and from last 1 year he is not returning the machine, and now his mobile is switched off and he is hiding somewhere. No staff from amaron is showing interest to solve this issue, amaron company is such a [censored], i am having very bad experience with amaron, all are thieves and dacoits ...I have already sent email multiple times but no response from company.

                  For the past 1 year and 11 months im using a amaron 9 amps battery in my royal enfield classic 350.which i bought from Pinnacle Royal enfield Showroom Thrissur. Poonkunam
                  But currently the battery is dead .
                  I requested the royal enfield service authority for a replacement of my battery. But they neglected my request by arguing that the amron is providing warrenty period only for 1.5 years, but the amaron...

                  The battery stared to leak and the car engine room is getting damaged.
                  I purchased the battery from an authorized dealer in cochin area on jan 2019 and within 6 months battery showing issues.

                  They are not willing to replace the damaged battery. The car dealer confirmed that there is no issue with the battery charging and are normal.

                  Hence the issue is with the battery. Please let me know what to do in this case to proceed further up

                    I would like to inform you that i have purchased royal infield 350 classic form saket store in november 2018. Bike battery not working properly from the first day now it's completely damaged. I have also complaint royal infield service centre. They guys guide for dropping the mail and change the battery from shri radhey krishna product wings store pehladpur new delhi. But store guys saying they have no stock of new battery. Please change my battery soon otherwise i will take legal action.

                          May be this pc is not good from sevveral pc’s many times i told your engg but still i hv facinng with problem and your service engg also told me you can mail to senior etc
                          Then what can i do plz

                            I am yogesh yadav. I had purchase amaron battery from ankit traders (Awana complex behind ansal mall near pari chowk greater noida. Battery product no am-pr-apbtx9l 9ah amount of rs/- 1800. I have replace battery 3 time within 6 month.

                            Amaron product quality is very bad and poor. And amaron dealer ankit traders is also a bad and cheap dealer.

                            I purchased an amron Tublar Battery on 25.3.15. I out off station last one week, I came today home and surprise to see that my battery blast. I am enclosing herewith the photographs.

                              My car battery manufactured 08/16, battery not working. They are not accepting claim because i lost the warranty card.in the battery itself written it's under 48months warranty. So from manufacturing date itself, it's not completed 36 months. How can they denay from giving warranty. New battery costs more than rs 10, 000/=. Looking for advise to get the problem solved.

                                Battery gets discharged automatically and car breakdown at same place and its in warranty as battery purchased on jan 2019 and these breakdowns are continuosly happening since last month but when i tell in customer care no they said that they do the showroom no who will repair the battery but still i am not receiving any call fro them to repair or replace. Take this matter as very urgent or i will have to take the issue to consumer for.

                                  I have purchased amaron flo battery on 5-1-19. I have faced problem regarding couldn't start my car, two or three times i have faced same problem. If i cannot start the vehicle on daily the problem persists. My friend also purchased amaron battery he is getting battery charge for 6 to 7 days but i have got only for maximum 1 or 2 days kindly replace the battery
                                  I have purchased AP -BTZ4L battery on 19 june 2017 and the guarantee is of 24 months from ... "RAJ BATTERY, Shivaji Chouk, Main Road, Wardha"(mo. no. [protected]).
                                  But after 21 month o[censored]se the battery is unable to work. It is in warranty period but my battery cannot be replaced till date my problem didn't solved..
                                  My amaron inverter is beeping continues whenever power cut, while I am not having any load, I am also using amaron battery. I am leaving near kanpur city, but no engineer or serviceman is ready to come and check and fix my issue, I already complained but still issue is not fixed and still my inverter battery are in warranty period for 2 month

                                    Dear sir,

                                    We are using six 150ah amaron battery with microtech sinewave inverter in our resort. Last week, inverter stopped working so we realised that two of the six batteries exploded completely. (See picture down)

                                    We called a qualifier engineer to check the inverter but he couldn’t find any faults. Other four batteries are ok so it looks like some manufacturing defect with the exploded batteries. I request you kindly replace with new battery.
                                    We have approached local distributor (Highland trading company - thodupuzha) for the same issue but we did not get any positive response.

                                    When we emailed the consumer complaint team, a local dealer called and said they will take the exploded battery at old battery price and we have to buy new one at new price so effectively like going to other battery brand and buying a new battery.

                                    You have to understand that this two battery exploded, you have to take some responsibility of manufacturing defects, if this is in a normal home, it could have injured people. (We kept the battery in a different room).
                                    With the current option given by the local dealer, should we buy from the amaron battery at new price, two of the exploded and company took zero responsibility even though battery is still in warranty period or buy other brands?

                                    We expect your prompt action on this issue as earlier as possible.
