    Dear Sir,
    I have 2 no Amaron battery
    sr. No. DFS[protected] & DFS0631U208215
    Installation on 01/09/2020
    Warrenty for three years.
    Now one battery dry very fast and and not proper backup..

    I already complaint to amron customer care and amron engineer visit site and confirm that one battery ok and one battery faulty and they ensure that we replace this battery as soon as possible.
    But last 15 days no action will be taken by amron.

    Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

      I purchased a new battery from amaron dealer and then the battery was defective so had to replace it with a new one using my warranty card within 2months and then the dealer gave a new one and again after a month its the same the battery is defective again but this time i have lost my warranty card as he didn’t give a card as he did before but a xerox paper.so i don’t know what to do now?

        I purchased Amaron battery for my car from an authorized dealer in Geeta Colony, Delhi, dealer name is Lord Krishna Batteries. Dealer has not given me the invoice for battery even after 2 months of purchase.
        I have done multiple follow ups with the dealer and he is not even responding my phone calls.
        Very irresponsible supplier !

        Please help me getting my invoice.

            — Battery not working after 3 months
            Sir, a bike battery with serial no. BAA0215W307252 was purchased on 02/05/2022 from Chhotu Battery Works, Jp Market, Ranchi, Jharkhand which was found faulty and deposited to the seller on 10/08/22. Seller kept the battery for whole night and inform me next day that battery is dead and not charging. Then he told me that you will get new battery after get it checked from Amaron. But after several reminders same returned by the seller on 07/09/22 stating that the battery is ok and fine.
            After that as checked horn and neutral Iight is not working so told the seller that it is not working so he told me after running for few kms it will working. Now they are saying we cant provide you a new battery since checked by amaron. Please help.

                Battery not working after 3 months

                The serial no. of the battery[DFA0806R102985], 150 AH, 12 Volt capacity Date 10th April 2017. All off sudden 2nd September 2022 battery was exploded/blasted due to no reason.Hence I request you kindly replace the new battery and full fill the lost during the ballast.

                      Complain has been raised in the amaron website for the car battery replacement which is under warranty this month.
                      Battery on Amaron AAM-FL-00042B20R for Hyundai Santro Xing with order number ORDB2306179B.
                      Battery Order[protected]:42:04.0

                      The service center and Anaron office in hyderabad is refusing to replace the car battery stating dine vague excuse the battery has to be checked
                      The service center David from close to Miyapur in Krishna residency, Manikonda came with his battery charger for car battery and checked the condition of the car battery took the reading and photo of the car battery and left immediately.

                      After repeated requests and speaking to some executives Prakash they seem to not want to take calls or replace the car battery.

                      The car santro Hyundai zing has been serviced by kun Hyundai workshop and they have informed to change the car battery.
                      I can send the car service information and the car charging photo sent to my email.

                      Kindly let me know why I am being asked to call back the customer care number move more than five times today with the same excuse executive or service engineer not available.

                      Can the Amaron company refuse to replace the car battery?
                      Look forward to an immediate resolution

                      Please advice as this is critical, the car has not worked for the third day now with the car battery dead.

                      1) I am being repeatedly asked to call back with zero responsive of service center amaron to behave professionally but just discuss when the request is clear to replace the battery. The intentional making me wait and call repeatedly for one call for immediate assistance. Kindly help.
                      The car required immediate attention with the battery completely down.
                      I have been informed that the battery is prorated warranty now based on the dates, kindly find the details below and advise.
                      Battery on Amaron AAM-FL-00042B20R for Hyundai Santro Xing with order number ORDB2306179B.

                      The car has been serviced and battery drained out. Kindly help in escalation.

                      Kindly note talking to people who call themselves service engineer and executives who are extremely argumentative and making excuses while trying to resolve all the problems they ate trying to create.

                      The calls to battery wale who have service center in hyderabad is going unattended and no emails response.
                      The Amaron service engineer s are making excuses of no warranty due to hard copy of warranty card not available and the billing details are available and provided arguments on making the warranty prorated. One excuse after another with clear intention of not providing any service of car battery replacement giving the timeline of Saturday for an hours work.

                          HI Amaron representatives,

                          We had bought a car battery from your representative in Gurgaon wherein he was very prompt and pushy as he was getting a deal during April 2022.

                          Since past few days our car battery is not functioning and we filed our first complaint at around 01 pm on Saturday 06th Aug 2022 @ [protected] number. We were told by the customer care executive that a sms with support engineer details would be sent within 30 minutes .

                          Kept waiting till 05 pm, non sms came, called the above number again wherein we were told that there was some 'technical error' because of which sms didn't reach me. Another complaint was registered at around 05 pm on 06th Aug 2022 . ON getting SMS we called the Support engineer - Dinesh who didn't pick our calls and after 06 pm his phone was not reachable .

                          We again called back 1800 number to learn that after 06 pm saturday followed by Sunday engineer is off duty and would not pick calls.

                          Called up Dinesh again on Monday morning around 09 40 am . On asking as to why was he not picking phone and the complaint was raised around 01 pm on Saturday . He responded very rudely in a high pitched voice contesting the time of complaint. telling us that the office working hours are from 10 am. On asking him by when would your person attend to the complaint, he was very casual - saying lets see could be around 11 or 12 pm. Send me your contact details. I don't understand as to why is he asking for contact details again wherein we had already provided all the information to 1800 number during filing the complaint.

                          I would like to ask 2 things from a Brand and company called Amaron spending millions on advertisements and brand promotion

                          01 for a critical product like a car battery, do we have to wait for over 40 hours to get attended to ? That too a very un profesional behaviour from your support engineer - Dinesh
                          02 Support engineer - Mr. Dinesh handling gurgaon needs to be oriented and trained on customer handling . We as Amaron customers don't expect to be shouted at after waiting fo over 40 hours for the car battery complaint to be handled .

                          Is anyone senior enough at Amaron listening ???

                                    My name is saudan singh mobile number [protected] Doing Job at Ghaziabad I had purchased my Alto k10 battery of AMARON Maintenanace free batterry from SONI Batteries shop no6 GDA building old bus stand Ghaziabad UP whose serial number is CEG1309V315277 on Date 11/04/2021 with warantee as per company norms but now battery is not working my car stopped at mathura when i reached to service center on 03 jul 2022 at mathura near transport nagar mandi chauraha mathura AMARON PIT STOP name as AUTO TRADERS whose GST Number is 09AAPFA3990A1ZE and when i politely told about my problem he behahed rudely and didnot change the battery he said you had given amount at Ghaziabad why should I replace it. He is a very Rude behavior person and running service center then I came from mathura with carries my car and left car at mathura . kindly help me in changing battery and cancelled the license of service center of this rude person who didnot provide any help and change the battery and failed to have humanity while person in travelling.
                                    Hoping you did justice to me bill and other documents are attached.
