I bought an amaron battery and inverter 1.5 yrs ago. Now as the battery starts to get discharge so early then usual backup time. We i called the helpline number the person at service centre told me to bring the battery to center as he dont have time to visit my home. They need time for 3 days atleast during which no backup or spare battery will be provided and again i have to go back to pick the battery after their inspection. They behaviour is so rude that i never gonna suggest amaron to anyone ever.

    I'm complaining about the company not changing battery in warranty period

    We bought the battery on 30 December 2019,
    on 30 + 25 model,
    where within 30 months warranty the battery would be changes free of charge.
    Our battery got defected and stopped working on 28 June 2022, which is within the 30 month free replacement period.
    Since we were travelling, we brought a new battery on 28th june evening, I can present the toll slips to show that I was travelling on 29th June 2022.

    I purchased an Amaron car battery for my Alto LX car on[protected] with four years warranty. The battery is giving trouble since inception. I have lodged complaint to the Customer Care of Amaron Car Battery several times and requested them to replace the battery but my request went into deaf years. Now my car battery is out of order and I lodged a complaint on[protected] but even after lapse of 7 days, nobody attended. During the last seven days, I am calling Customer Care and informed them that nobody attended. The representative heard my problem but no action is taken. I habitually used Exide/TATA battery but this time I purchased Amaron Battery any my experience is very bitter.

    I request you to arrange for replacing the batter immediately.

      i purchage new car from metro motors tata tiago
      metro motors give me a battery in my acr on 24/2/2021 and give me warranty card of my car battery 18 month warranty but 11/06/2022 my car battery is default not work.so i contact tata metro moters agency . they give me a latter to change battery from amron service center at panipat. they give me a latter of battery is out of warranty
      i have a warranty card of battery 18 month .bt its only 16 month
      So please take some action and change my battery

        Dear sir/madam
        My battery warranty card is lost, and my battery not working, then I travelled to amaron dealer who located in Shamshabad they check my battery and tell now battery is not in stock so Come next week when I go then they without warranty card we cannot give replacement, actually I brought battery month September 2020 as per battery manufacturing date mention in battery is 24june 2020 which is under warranty period they people know very well but they people playing and telling battery is warranty period but without warranty card we cannot replace..I am attaching image for your reference..

            I have purchased Amaron tubular Battery but from start it have some problems, I have purchased it on 18.02.2019 and on battery 48 months warranty is mentioned. Now after light cut battery beeps with low battery signal as no electric appliance is on then also. Earlier i have purchased local battery that also worked for last six years but with such a big brand name is only brand name no quality. I submitted complaint and message comes with a mobile number of person Shri Dinesh Kumar (Mobile No. [protected]) who says that he can not help so i request your goodself to kindly get the battery checked and needfull to be done earliest.

                    I deposited the battery with sl no. EAI0125U212493 on "Modern Auto" garage from where the product was bought on 08 Feb 2022. The product is under warranty. It's been 2 months the garage and the amaron dealer both are giving silly excuses and creating nuisance and harrassing me a lot. I am completely fed up with the service. I want the product to be exchanged and compensation for the trouble I am going through. Hope you would listen. Awaiting for your response.

                                I have purchased battery on 29/02/2020 from the Imperial battery services,
                                Battery has 54 months warranty. Due to Internal battery problem, problem couldn't operate further from[protected]. I have approached the Imperial Services. Since I have lost the warranty card. Shop is not willing to take the battery for repair or replacement. I have approached the ammaron battery customer care. In customer care Mr.Praveen Said they can give replacement with bill without warranty card. on promising the Same, I have lodged the complaints with ammaron battery. Service person called and told that they cant replace battery without warranty card,

                                  2 wheeler Battery purchased in Nov'21 got discharged by Feb'22.
                                  Almost 1 month ago had submitted it to retailer R. K. Batteries at kalewadi, pcmc, pune.
                                  Could not get a replacement till date as retailer informed there is shortage of 2 wheeler batteries in market.
                                  Kindly help with replacement / refund at the earliest. Thanks !!

                                    Amaron pro rider 48 ap-btx5l number 20128f20 eab0229u134803 purchased on 16th march2020 guarantee valid up to 16th march2022. Is not working now in my two wheeler suzuki access125 the guarantee card is misplaced and is not available with me . The dealer of amron is not exchanging the battery in guarantee period only becuase the guarantee card and bill is not available with me . Please let me know what to do only because of lost of paper the product guarantee becomes void ? how to get my battery replaced.
