I purchased amaron battery 05/03/2022 but unfortunately I lost my warranty card so what to do now

We have purchased a battery in the month of July 2020 22nd under the client name K Eswara Prasad in Sachiv Inverters & battery agencies in Visakhapatnam.

We have a warranty card in which the battery was manufactured on the month of June 2020.

From past few months our battery is been producing a white powder like substance is being coming out from the battery around the negative pole. This powder is damaging whole legs of battery too. In which our Car is automatically not starting.

Kindly, please do replacement with the new battery or resolve this issue as early as possible.

I had purchased this battery for my bike, it is under warranty, now battery has gone dead, local mechanic informed me that i should be able to get a replacement for my battery, but amaron customer care guys are stalling me, when i called there toll free number, they passed the ball towards a local dealer of them by giving his number, when i called him he says there is no stock available i should approach another local dealer, this feels frustrating, why promise a warranty/guarantee if you cannot stay true to it. further there is no option on amaron website to launch any complaint via email or anything. plz help to resolve the issue and get my battery replaced.

I am exiting customer of amron battery company gives 48 month period of warranty i have still 18month warranty period I was goes in service center arihant lube Aurangabad Maharashtra they didn't any kind of solutions and argue with me.and they not charge my battery said you give a new battery that not a fair

I had bought an amaron battery for my access 125 on February 22 -2020. And it showed some issues recently and I requested the amaron service centre KANJIRAPPALLY Kottayam, Kerala to fix it. The issue was that the battery could not keep the charge for long. And they kept the battery for a day and didn't take any concern to repair it.Even though I had warranty for replacement they didn't address my concerns and behaved abusively. I even asked the shop owner to give a new battery at a discount price as mentioned in the warranty card. But the owner and employee were so unprofessional and abused us in the public. It is a total disgrace for brand like Amaron to keep such service centres. The complaints about the particular service centre is common in our area and the people are frustrated with the attitude of the staff. It's not just about replacement and warranty its about the service and trust a brand keeps for years.

Investor is not working

Battery is not getting charged and bill is lost.

I was purchased Amron Battery on Fed 2019. Now the battery was gone. When purchased time they mentioned 48 months and on to of the battery also u have mentioned 48 months warranty.
But now they amron delars not take it under warranty.
Please Help me outbon thus.

I bought amaron fzx bike battery since 19.06.2021, but it is not working properly for purchased after 2 month and i visit your service station govindpuri kalkaji 5 to 6 time, but he is not resolve my problem...
And give me additional advice your bike part is also damage.
After that I got my bike services / repaired, but still same problem.

Main raksha ke liye amaron ki battery kharidi thi[protected] Hisar Haryana se jo 2-3 mahine chalne ke bad backup bilkul kam ho gaya
mein 2-3 bar service centre per le ja chuka hun har bar bol dete Hain ki aap ki hamari taraf se mare battery sahi hai
aur 4-5 din rakhne ke bad wapas de dete Hain
backup vahi ka vahi rahata hai

please sar meri battery change krwa de
Agar meri e cart chale hi nhi gi to me us ki kist kese bhar pauga

My warranty card lost

Ganesh auto store kurukshetra not take the battery replacement seriously .
After approaching him number of times in last 16 months ..
I am not complaining about the same.

I bought a new Amaron 2 wheeler battery but the battery got dead within warranty period and I don't have the bill and warranty Card please suggest what needs to be done.

I had been purchase a battery for my car Tata Tiago XT petrol, the battery have 50 ah 12v as per battery performance is very poor thous sad battery fitting in my car and without any problem of car battery discharge within 7 days where the Exside battery backup was 45 to 60 backup in same car . The local agency are not respons my complain and no solve what shall I go to consumer court case .

Dear Team I loss my Amaron Battery warranty Card i visit to dealer but he refuse to Replace without warranty Card Requesting to you kindly Replace with battery Number

After a lot of false promises by the vendor that he will be replacing the battery, he has given the old battery back telling that warranty has expired by one day. My only contention is when the shop owner saved tax by giving me an invoice of Dec 2019 where as the battery has been manufactured in May 2020 and purchased in Jun 2020, Did he not gain by saving on sales tax and keeping the faulty battery for 20 days at his premises without returning. It may also mean that the battery was old stock and a false label had been attached. Request kindly investigate. Please see the Invoice, Warranty Card and battery Label. Having purchased the battery on 16 Jun 2020, it is any body's calculation that Warranty will be applicable till 16 Dec 2021 and not the lame excuse told by the Vendor. Hope you resolve the matter

My Amaron battery not recharging through my bike. Battery also shows leaking problem very much. Now it has to be 11 month of time that i had purchase it. My battery is in warranty period till now then what is the problem phasing in the battery.
