Had a battery that was purchased in January, 11 months ago which we noticed having a leak. The battery was taken to dealer and a replacement was requested. The replacement battery has been on wait for the last 10 days with a lame excuse of no-stock being highlighted as a reason for the delay. There was no standby battery provided leaving the vehicle stranded for the last 10 days. The dealer is hesitant to provide...

I purchase my battery on[protected] but now its no charging...

That I have purchased amaron battery for my scooty. It is not working now, when I go to dealer he refuse to change....

1. Plz find the attachment of warranty card of your company battery amaron which I purchase on 09/04/2021.
2. But the battery is not charging so i visit the service center of on Saturday 04/012/2021.(complaint no is 10198)
3. Where mr suraj says after checking this battery they will provide new battery on Monday.
4. But on Monday they says battery is not available and comes in 1 or 2 days.br...

I'm purchase amron battery in July 2020. After 16 months battery is dead. I'm also lost my warranty card. So please tell me what to do. Please help me.

Please find attached the proof of purchase and warranty card soft copy attached for your reference. The battery is getting quite weak and I was assured free replacement under warranty for a period of 48 Months as its mentioned in the warranty card . Today the dealer is just offering me 33% discount on New Battery MRP in exchange and also recommending me other brand options which is not at all acceptable.

Amaron 2 wheeler battery was given with warranty card for replacement
some 10 days back to the regional office in chennai by vinayaga automobiles

If the quality of the service is so poor how are you going to compettebr...

I brought this battery on 13th july 2021. Now it's totally damage and not working. How this battery damage in 4 months although 48 months warranty given. So I should go the shop frequently to repair it. Please provide me the information regarding this issue....
