Amaron Batteries — Battery not ok (under warranty) and new battery is not provided after commitment from service center nit-5 faridabad

Dear sir/mam

1. Plz find the attachment of warranty card of your company battery amaron which I purchase on 09/04/2021.
2. But the battery is not charging so i visit the service center of on Saturday 04/012/2021.(complaint no is 10198)
3. Where mr suraj says after checking this battery they will provide new battery on Monday.
4. But on Monday they says battery is not available and comes in 1 or 2 days.
5. Till today battery is not available and he again says comes in next 1 or 2 days.
6. Without battery I m facing too many problems of horn, light and indicators as they are not working and I have to travel 80kms per day

Plz resovle the problem as soon as possible
