Amaron — Battery damaged before warranty period

Dear Concern,

I have purchsed a amaron battery before 3 years for my two wheeler through a local dealer V S Agencies, Fazalganj Kalpi Road Kanpur. I have got 48 month's warranty card at the time of purchase. It has been around 3.5 years
But battery is in very worst condition and
Not working properly.we have complained about this to the dealer V S Agencies, but they replied in very unfair manner and told to us to buy a new battery instead of repairing or replacing the battery as battery is within warranty period.

I urge to your company, kindly lookin to the matter and provide us satisfactory solution as battery is still within warranty period. I am attaching the image of bill and warranty card.
