Hi,
I purchase battery on date 04/11/19 but after 10-15 days the problem started the battery won't charge properly i although tell thing to pit shop from we're i purchase battery but he refused & denied to exchange although i contact your customer care after that the pit shop agree to exchange, but although 2 months pass they still unable to give me new battery which i purchase.
My battery still is in service centre (Pit shop) from 2 months please do needful asap!!

After complaints they quickly resolve my issue thanks
I have been informed that my battery has a fault after which I went to the service centre at ballupur chwk and got my battery replaced on 27th jan 2019 ...
But after few days I got to know that there is fault in battery again which I got to know on 15th Feb 2019 ...
What should I do now as my battery is under warranty period of 2 years...
